The only thing that might bother light sleepers was the fact that you could hear noises from outside sometimes.

The location, it was near the attractions (15-20min walk), the room was okay for 2 people and it was clean and neat, the staff was really nice and positive 😄 overall it was worth it.

Ideally would have a couple of USB power points as it only has a couple of 2-pronged ports in the room. Our room was also next to the reception/cleaning stock so it could be a little noisy in the morning but we were late starters

The location was perfect as it is near the station and the underground. Most of the landmarks were a 15min walk away with plenty of nice restaurants and pubs close by. Staff were also very pleasant, especially Harry, who helped us with booking a couple of attractions. Room was a good size for two with very good Aircon.

Amazing staff and stay! Was even treated to a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday. Rooms were very spacious and cleaned daily. Can’t fault it!

Our room was a bit small and with garden view that makes it a bit dark. I suppose the rooms with street view are bigger and have no issues with the darkness.

The hotel is situated close to Termini train station but in very quiet street. Practically all attractions are in 15-20 mins walk. You have nice restaurants and cafes around. The staff is very helpful. The room was very clean.

Both Tanya and Harry were very help from arrival to departure offering assistance in nearby attractions and local restaurants, cafes and shops. Only a short walk to the station which was very handy. The bed was comfy and very well made and good facilities in the room, which was serviced everyday. Highly recommend.

There was not much to not like, the only thing that comes to mind was that the bed was quite firm. Can't say that it kept me awake though, just not a personal preference. My partner found it very comfortable though, being he prefers a firmer type mattress.

The staff were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We had arrived to Rome early from departing a cruise ship and had two rooms booked. The team did everything possible to have the rooms ready as early as possible for us, which our suite room they had done so! Location was perfect, street was not too noisy and felt fairly quiet, but yet was close enough to walk to many of the monuments, or equally the big bus tour stop is just up the road. Equally, had some nice food options very close by.

Location a bit difficult for taxi drivers to find, as it is not really a standalone hotel rather rooms in a larger building. There are no services such as restaurant or lobby.

The bed was very comfortable. Shower great and luscious towels. Air conditioning worked great. The staff was terrific and communicated via what’s app when desk not manned.

Would be very lovely to have slippers. We stayed at room nr 101 and we really disturbed by very loud noises- something mechanical. Have no idea what is that but it even woke us up at nights.

The location was perfect for the train station. A 5 min walk with two large cases....no problem. Not conventional hotel in any way as it's hidden behind large wooden doors. Room 105 was perfect. The lady on reception was so nice and couldn't do enough for us. We know there was a lounge upstairs, but as only there for 2 days, we did not use it.

Very well laid out, great location and the managers Tanya and Harry were awesome humans. We were there during the heatwave and they bent over backwards to make us very overheated kiwis comfortable.
