The only fault for this hotel was when I needed the iron it was not available for 2 nights in a row. They have a limited number and if you want to iron anything ask for the iron in the morning.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and it exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic so close to the main streets of Milan. The staff at the hotel were very helpful especially Nicoletta who helped me booked my train trip to Verona for the day. I wanted to train while on holidays and their gym was great to maintain what I needed to do. They have the mini bar which is included and they have food provided during the day from 12.30 to 2.00pm and then again from 5.30pm to 10.30pm. This included drinks (yes wine as well) I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making my stay wonderful and stres free

The only thing to criticise would be the noise from other rooms- we could hear phones vibrate basically constant plus just general noises like talk etc.

It’s a lovely hotel, super friendly stuff that are more than happy to accommodate you. We felt super welcomed and loved the stay there. Definitely coming back :)

It is a very nice hotel. Convenient location, close to the central train station and a couple of metro lines (about 10 min from Duomo via metro or a 25 min walk). The rooms and facilities are modern and seem to be recently renewed. The bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night sleep. Tasty breakfast with a nice variety. Personnel were professional and friendly. A nice feature is the free 'bar' in the hotel lobby, with pastries, soft drinks, coffee or wine. The room mini-bar is free as well. We'll be happy to return.

All staff are nice, except one, which to me kind a rude! My friend came by and wanted to come to my room to change her clothes and put some make-up. I explained that we are heading to friend's wedding soon (it was 6:25 pm). He was not so accommodated and asked for her passport! As a tourist, you don't want to carry your passport everywhere, and he demanded this impossible thing! My friend then offered her cell-phone to keep, so when she's done changing, she can collect her cell-phone. She's not there to stay! Only 30 minutes! He didn't smile like other staff. My suggestion, if you don't like your job, please change your profession! In this business, hospitality and politeness is necessary!

Location is perfect! Close to Metro and also Central Station. Many restaurants, shops, and everything you need. Breakfast is amazing, but if you stay for 5 days like me, they need to change the menu from time to time then!

A hotel with exceptional service from reception to breakfast. Prosecco before check in, fantastic breakfast crowned with delicious home made cakes, Nespresso and sodas in the rooms. The rooms were well designed, bathroom luxurious and functional.

Our first impression didn't match our overall experience. When we arrived at hotel it took us a moment to find "a door bell" activating camera. The connection was poor, image on the screen badly delayed and we couldn't understand most words as a result. At the entry there are stairs leading to a tiny elevator - I think a wheelchair user or guest with a pram would find it uncomfortable and a little bit challenging. While the room and other areas of the hotel are very very clean the "easy clean" nozzles of the shower head had a build up of limescale leading to water spraying in the wrong direction. I wish our room had a bit better soundproofing but it was quiet for most of our stay.

We both enjoyed how easy this experience was. The reception staff was friendly and proactively helpful. We arrived early, and we were able to leave our luggage safely tagged and stored while we explored the city. There is a comfortable sitting area in front of the reception with free drinks and snacks. The rooms had a lovely modern design, the beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary drinks and snacks from the minibar in the room. Two of the reasons we selected this hotel were the modern rooms and bathrooms, along with its convenient location. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the metro and the historical tram connecting to all the main attractions. The central train station is only a 15-minute walk away, which was handy as our meeting point for a day trip to Como had an early start from there. It is also great if you, like us, plan to use the train to travel to other destinations like Verona or Venice. I think it is also fair to say that the breakfast was exceptional. There was a good selection, and everything was fresh. The breakfast staff went above and beyond. Both the tables and the food area were kept neat and clean. I was so impressed to find out that the cakes were made by their chefs in the hotel kitchen! I highly recommend the Nutella cake (I still hope to get the recipe 😉). I wholeheartedly suggest this hotel to anyone visiting Milan. If I ever go to Milan again, I will definitely stay there.

At 6 pm, they provided a wonderful aperitivo with great snacks and drinks. The room was really large by Italian standards. The bed was the most comfortable of the 7 hotels we visited. We arrived early and were immediately offered coffee and our luggage was tagged and securely stowed. The desk staff was exceptional.

What was not good, the window in room 411 could not be closed completely, you could hear the noise from the street, we were on the 4th floor though but it was quite noisy outside on a Saturday night.

The hotel was great, the rooms were clean, the staff were very nice, we arrived late at night and they were waiting for us at the reception, the breakfast was great, the staff were very nice and we loved the fact that drinks were included in the price, both in the fridge in the room and at the reception of the hotel.

It was a bit loud outside at night at times, the noise sometimes came into room despite closed windows. Maybe bring an ear plug if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, no complaints!

Excellent value for money! We had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable at the hotel. The complementary snacks and drinks at the lobby and in the room saved our lives. The rooms have everything one needs. Staff is helpful and friendly at all times. Great gym with lots of space and new equipment.

Everything was superb, there wasn't a single thing that bothered us.

Everything was just perfect. Location is a 15 minute walk to the train station, which is quite convenient for airport travel and visiting other cities. The staff in the hotel is wonderful, everybody is so pleasant and trying to help. Breakfast is great, besides the offer presented you can always ask for additional meal to be prepared. Antonella was particularly great and always wanted to make us feel welcome with a big smile! Everything in the hotel is included in the room price, which is a very nice touch - mini bar, snacks, drinks, even some food in the afternoon and evening. Cleanliness is at the highest level possible.
