A very good intercontinental breakfast buffet, there were plenty of options to choose from. Receptionists were very helpful with our requests. Parking space is for extra but is very useful. Reception area has nice sofas to sit and a big table with chairs if you’d like to do some work.

Nice hotel with , friendly staff and a good location if you are working at the Milan trade centre or need to get to Rho fairground ( which is just 10 minutes away on M1 metro line ) no change needed .

The air conditioner didn't work too well on the first night.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you Matteo for upgrading my room and the complimentary early check-in! The room was decent and breakfast was alright. There are two metro lines nearby!

It is a nice, comfortable hotel in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. There is nothing much around, so you need to get a taxi or metro to get to places. Its close to M1 Lotto station (7-8 mins walk) so its easy to reach the city center or Fiera Milano. The breakfast is simple but fresh. The room and bathroom are well-sized and in an up-to-date condition. It has also a private parking that you can book extra. The price reflects the comfortness of the hotel and the distance from the center. All in all this is what you would expect from a city hotel and this hotel fulfills every expectation.

Although we reserved a room with 3 separate beds, we recieved a room with a double bed+1 single bed. As soon as we went down to the reception and reported this, we were immediately given a room with 3 separate beds. The hairdryer is very poor. The plug in the bathroom could not operate the hair straightener so it has to be used in the room, where there wasnt any mirror.

Staff is nice and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. There was plenty of choise at breakfast, restaurant staff was also frienfly and helpful. It was nice, that there is a little lobby, where you can chat and have a drink (which you can buy at the reception). There is also a luggage room, where you can leave your luggages after checking out. Overall it was a good choice for a few days stay.

The hotel and rooms need refreshing. Our room key was locked before check-out time.

Guests entering their room during the early hours in a noisy manner, even though the hotel has signs in the corridors asking for guests to be quiet.

Scrambled eggs... in the past, theses were usually made by scrambling the eggs and cooking them in the pan 🍳, not pooring yellow mixture into a model and baking it in the oven... Neither the taste nor texture was something I would be willing to taste again. And guys, degass the heating system correctly - listening to the air bubbling in the heating system for the whole night is not pleasant.

Great location in Milan, especially for visiting FieraMilano - hotel is basically next door to the main entrance to the conference center area. Nice rooms, breakfast, friendly staff. Room we had was looking at the internal court and was very quiet (except for the bubbles - see ☹).

The lighting in the room was too bright. Getting to our room took a bit of time. A little expensive for what it was but Milan prices are quite high.

You could feel and hear the strings in the bed mats. Definitely not the most comfortable beds, but it really isn’t a big deal given the whole experience.

The hotel is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, about a 7 minute walk from Lotto metro station from which you can get to the center in about another 10 minutes. The room was spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly, and happy to help and advise on any subject.
