The property is beautiful. We were in the Jr. Suite with a balcony and we loved being able to sit there and look over the beautiful garden. Location was good and just a short walk in to town.

The balcony from my room I could not enjoy due to the rain. It also faces an area with traffic so it is not a quiet place, however this is minor inconvenient.

The location was 10 minutes walking from the center. The hotel looks elegant, classy. The interior is stylish, the facilities are great (indoor and outdoor swimming pool are very nice; the garden is beautiful; the terrace is amazing), the personnel is extremely professional, pleasant, helpful and receptive to any request. The room I stayed in was modern, large enough, elegant, spotless, with comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. The breakfast is extremely good in terms of variety, quality, taste. Moreover I was given a Merano card which I used to access free public transportation and some touristic attractions. I also booked dinner at the hotel's restaurant and it was a delicious and very pleasant experience.

Traced back in time very boutique ,oppulent and under an outstanding management reflecting on the service of their very well trained staff adding up to indulging g in a one time experience of Tirol hospitality. Nestled in beautiful gardens very old trees and a wonderful swimming pool with mountain peaks on the horizon. Everything was just as we had hoped.

The hotel is absolutely stunning in every aspect and totally exceeded our experience. Fantastic rooms, excellent location - very central but also quite privat and quiet for a good night’s sleep - and incredibly attentive, helpful and friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Even afterwards: we left a bag full of little souvenirs and gifts in the room which was sent to our home address and had arrived by the time we came back from our holidays. We can’t recommend Thai place highly enough and are already looking forward to coming back for a longer stay (unfortunately only two nights last time). We felt extremely relaxed there and enjoyed the lovely atmosphere at the hotel.

Old school key instead of a key card to open the door. The staircase was dangerously slippery with shoes wet from rain.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The property is beautiful, it reminds me a lot of the Grand Budapest Hotel and also Vienna. The facilities are great, we enjoyed both the outdoor and indoor swimming pool and the lounge. The staff were friendly and helpful and what’s worth mentioning is the dinner, an amazing 5 course dinner for only €25, can you believe it?!

The location was very beautiful, it was a nice experience to sleep in the same villa where Sissi slept. It's position is not that far from the center, just a few minutes walk among the river. The staff was very professional, kind and completely at our disposal.
