The elevators are tiny and slow taken into account that travelers often have luggage. So, staying on a lower level could be an option. But then there would be noise from the busy Bianca Maria Street.

The hotel matched my needs well. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Location was OK (it would've been perfect if the venue of my event would not have been changed just before the start of the event). Breakfast was good too.

Regarding the parking system, I felt uncomfortable to ask someone to get my car. This made me avoid using my car during my stay at that hotel I did not feel independent and free to use it whenever I wanted, while I am sure that the staff, who were very friendly and helpful, would have assisted promptly, but I just avoided anyway Additionally, the cost of €30 per night is quite high, especially considering that other hotels offer free parking!! The lift!!! It was soooo slow I had to leave the room at 12 but at 11:58 the roomcard didnt let me ented the room so I had to go to the reception again before I could check out, that was annoying

The customer service of the Front Office and Dining staff were excellent. They were very helpful and friendly. Always had a smile on their face. The breakfast was good. The room and bathroom were spacious. Enjoyed the rain shower in the bathroom. Liked the fact that instead of carpet, the room floor had parquet and one can see that it was clean. Hotel location was good.

Paid 30€ extra for the dog but didn’t see anything from it. We asked for a water bowl and it never came, it’s the least they could have done.

Nice facilities, good bedroom with very nice bed, very nice bathroom as well. Really enjoyed the breakfast! Parking by the hotel valet was very convenient albeit expensive (as everywhere in Milan). Location is convenient, a 15-20mins walk to the city center.

Its not located in the direct center, but yet with only 21 minutes its still in walking distance.

Solid place, clean, nicely arranged rooms, comprehensive breakfast. I have been coming here for many years. Yes it has gotten a little bit more expensive (rooms, parking). But one has to mention, over all these years the quality standards never declined. And ive also always appreciated, that this hotel has its own parking garage. Coming to Milano, if tge standards stay as good as they’ve always been, this place will always stay my favorite choice in Milano.
