Room sizes vary. Our bedroom was very small. Also, there is a bar nearby that can get noisy at night. We still slept very well and enjoyed our stay at Broletto.

The staff was really exceptional. Very friendly and super helpful. The bathroom had good size and even a window! All very clean and new.

The location was really good, located in the city centre. The room was comfortable and well equipped; even if the two rooms are not communicating, they're close and it seems to have a little apartment. The staff was really nice and available for any tips. Breakfast is various and food is really good (expecially pain au chocolat).

I wasn’t able to heat my Soya milk ? As if you had normal milk was already heated ? Probably only just needed a microwave oven ? But I’m the whole the breakfast is very good.

The staff very friendly and welcoming ? Helpful on any request ? Even through a tex message ? Liked the position straight in front of the Piazza Sordello .

Like much of Italy the hotel is surrounded by scaffolding, although there doesn't seem to be any work happening, and so we weren't comfortable leaving the windows open at night and had to run the air-conditioning when we would have preferred not to.

Free mini bar in our room and free coffee available all day in the breakfast room. The Continental breakfast was good with great local pastries available. The staff were very friendly and helpful and reception was open for much longer hours than we'd come to expect in the smaller Italian hotels. There's a recent internal renovation and the hotel is very fresh and comfortable. We would happily stay there again.

Situated in the very heart of Mantua, steps away from the Ducal Palace, the lake and all the sights. Our room was quite small , and bathroom too, but all was kept beautifully clean. The staff were extremely helpful in every way.

Breakfast and the breakfast service was very poor, bathroom and the shower was uncomfortable (too small) Chek-in time was limited, and after 8 o’clock the reception is closed.

Okay, the main point of the hotel is to have a good sleep. I can't say I had. Rooms are not at all soundproofed, and I had the room closest to the breakfast room, so I woke up every day at 7 while the breakfast was prepared. I had earplugs knowing that there will be noise in the city centre but, unfortunately, they didn't work for the noise from breakfast preparations. Also, the furniture in my room was so outdated and badly painted that I was surprised. I think it could be quite easy to fix it or find the new furniture that doesn't shake when you touch it.

Greatly located in a very central area, close to everything — museums, San Andrea Cathedral, Ducale Place and other sights, and also the supermarket and restaurants. The staff was fantastic, very attentive and helpful in all aspects. I liked that there was access to filtered water, tea and coffee at any time of the day for the guests.
