Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The hotel facilities, staff, food, service were excellent, and the bonus was we got a free room upgrade The soa facilities are on a par with luxury spas and well-needed after a long day on the slopes. The hotel even offered a free bus service to the various ski slopes. Can't fault it.

Spa was great, breakfast was very nice also. Overall lovely hotel, great stay. Ski lockers were heated and a free ski shuttle although we would just walk to the motolino each morning.

United KingdomBeautiful location, modern facilities but still very comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, they really made you feel at home and the food was plentiful and delicious. The spa was fantastic, such a treat at theme of a long day skiing. One of our favourite ever hotels because it felt luxurious but homely.

The hotel was newly renovated so the facilities were all beautiful, clean and ready to use. Enjoyed the afternoon snack / apero after skiing. Delicious meals, the creme brulee is to die for :-)
