Lovely hotel with a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake. The staff especially Sergio (not sure if this is his name...the Portuguese man) was so friendly and gave us lots of information about the surrounding area. The room was spotless and comfortable, the shower quite small though. Breakfast was quite limited but the quality of it was very good.

A bit further from the old town than expected (~2.5km to the castle) and most of the walk along a busy road- but good to be out of the old town as it’s crazy busy! Breakfast is quite basic

I'd suggest paying attention to the towels and the "conditioner" used for softness. The odor isn't from perfume but rather vinegar.

The location is perfect, next to the lake, about 1.3 kilometers to the fortress, making it easily walkable. There is a very good restaurant next to the hotel. Very friendly staff, Sergio at the reception was extremely friendly assisting us with all our queries and offering invaluable tips for our journey. We're very grateful to him. The rooms are not large and if you are traveling with children, the room will be a bit tight. The extra bed for children, available for an additional fee, isn't the most comfortable in my opinion. Breakfast is adequate if your stay is brief.

Had a lovely time in this hotel, the staff where exceptional, honestly one off the most accomdatiing hotels I ever stayed in, from the moment we arrived until the day we left the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us in any way they could. Hotel was spotless and in a beautiful location.

Perfect for our needs - we did not want to be in the 'hub -bub' of Sirmione and chose this hotel as we could walk in each day (20 mins). Overlooking Lake Garda with activities; restaurants, bars all close by. Access to the lake for a swim, and a sun terrace for relaxing on. All of the staff were friendly, courteous and very accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good - continental. Room was comfortable, very clean; air conditioning available. We had a loft room, perhaps not perfect for super tall people, but we managed perfectly.

We got a very tiny room at the top, but was ok for 2 nights, we would book a room with balcony facing by the lake next time. What was NOT OK at all: there were not hot water and the pessaure of the water was week. So we can not have a pleasant shower. Girls!! SHOULD TAKE YOUR OWN HAIRDRYER! The hairdryer in the bathroom was not effective and take a decade to dry your hair and need 3 hands.

The Hotel is well located even if you wish to have a beach holiday (one of the beach area is in front of the hotel) even if you would like to discover the area. We had free parking places and we appreciated it. In case you would like to go to Sirmione center please note its a bit far walking. I recommend to go by car to the huge main parking area which is very near to the center. Jamaica Beach in Sirmione is a great place to relax but its at least 4,5 km walk from the hotel. The cappucino and the latte macchiato what we got for beakfast were really great and the woman who served it was very nice and smiling. The staff by the reception was helpfull. There is a place where you can rent a bike just on the mainroad next to the hotel.

Breakfast was boring with no variation Wifi signal in the building besides the hotel is very weak , and mostly without connection . Parking can be difficult , if you don’t have a privet parking place = 15 euro / day

Stayed there for 1 week in the building besides the hotel. These rooms has no sea view or balcony. I will rate this as a basic hotel , where you sleep and get your breakfast , but do not hang around the bar etc. Very Friendly staff Very good cappuccino clean rooms Beach just beneath the hotel Good short distance to the city where you can buy what you need , incl good bars 20 minutes walk to the old town , this is just fine possible to rent good bikes for only 10 euro / day

Nothing, everything was perfect! Maybe netflix access, but that was no big deal, we were always walking about.

The staff was super friendly! Breakfast was great, hotel was clean, so many things to do around the hotel, could not recommend anymore!
