It was the very end of the season so no on-site restaurant but easy to drive to nearby villages or lovely walk to next door hotel.

The access to the beach, ease of parking, the length of the pool and the overall environment with so much nature and green surroundings; with the plants, trees and flowers.

There was only a hob for cooking and a coffee pot for making drinks. Usually, self catering places have a microwave, coffee machine, kettle and oven. We were only there a week so it wasn’t a disaster but it was a bit of a pain. Also, only one toilet roll was provided, which seemed a bit stingy.

It was really clean, everything worked well and the view was gorgeous. The self check in was really well set up by staff and worked perfectly.

Our apartment had no cutlery or utensils to cook. There was WiFi in communal areas but in the 21st century I expect there to be WiFi without me having to walk to a communal area to make personal calls home. The decor was extremely old and outdated and definitely needs a freshen up.

The pool was lovely. Great views of the nearby surroundings. It felt really safe and the staff were very friendly. The food was excellent too. Recommend eating there.

The only drawback would be that they do not have air-con, so even though opening the doors and windows let us had some wind, we were exposed to mosquitoes. They should renew a bit the property so they could step up a bit

The apartment was cozy and cute. We felt pretty good the whole week. The swimming pool is nice and the atmosphere is family-like so we all felt really great. They have a semi-private beach, and the crew gave us a badge for the whole week in order to park close by, so that was pretty sweet.

The lack of facilities in the apartment ( no microwave, no hairdryer, no toaster etc) no washing machine facilities; however I must say there is a Laundry service; 4 minutes by car in Murta Maria, open 24 hours. The apartment is clean and well mantained, but plain, nothing really special in the rooms. Didn’t like the fact that we had to buy our own toilet paper, since they only provide one rol… There is no internet, apart from the common areas which doesn’t work. But this can be a positive thing if you just want to disconnect from the real world. Customer service from the receptionist was ok, polite and correct. Special mention to Nadia at the bar who was the most friendly and charming person at the resort!

The quietness of the location; amazing for a proper relaxing holiday. Amazing beaches nearby like Porto Istana. The swimming pool was quiet, huge, well maintained and beautiful.

Note that pool closes for several hours each day, mid-afternoon & you need to wear swimming caps, unless no hair/ bald! There are no fly screens on doors or windows, so unable to leave open due to flies. Need mosquito coils to sit on outside balcony. BYO washing detergent.

Excellent facilities for families, spacious large accomodation units w well eqipped kitchen, lounge area, & washing machine, all clean & comfortable. On site large swimming pool (but closes at lunchtime), restaurant plus an excellent cafe, aceess to gardens, activities & local beach. Staff helpful & friendly. Need a car to travel to Olbia or further excursions. Delicious local restaurants at nearby Marta Maria.

Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance which was dissapointing, we would like to have been informed about this prior to arriving. I also think that they could leave you some amenities such as tea, coffe, sugar, salt etc

A good stay for the price we paid and the staff were very helpful, a short drive to some really beautiful beaches and not to far of a drive from Olbia

In october. Coming in at night it is dark and very, very quiet. Nothing close so we felt a little bit uncomfortable. But that should be better in tbe summer.

Restaurant at the resort was terrible, serving staff without any attention, slow and dismissive and food was not impressive, definitely do not order pizza. Cleaning crew did not replace bin bags after taking trash away. Reception is only open till 8 so in case of any needs after that time you have to wait until morning. Did not try the pool as it was required to wear a swimming cap.

Beach is beautiful and having the transfer from reception to the beach was great. Reception staff and drivers were amazing and super friendly and accommodating. The apartment offered everything we needed for a week's stay and the grounds of the resort are beautiful for a leisurely stroll.

No air conditioning, I have never stayed anywhere abroad that doesn’t offer AC. The entertainment could be more varied. The music was very similar each night and focused towards small children.

The setting is beautiful in lovely gardens. swimming pool is really nice Short walk to private beach is perfect. Staff are very helpful Food and drinks in the restaurant are good.

Nothing in particular. We payed not much money for 2 weeks so we didn’t expect anything luxurious. The facility is a bit old but everything was clean.

Location was great with many nice beaches around that you can reach with the car. The apartment was neat and clean and stuff extremely helpful and friendly.

The rooms are super old. Doors are not closing, painting is coming off the walls, the doors and the windows. Hot water is only available for one person to shower. After u have to wait or shower cold. Check in between 17 and 19h. Very limited.
