The street in front of the premises is a bit loud sometimes even at night. The description said that the apartment has a balcony which is not a really precise description since it's a french balcony, but not really an issue just a little misleading

Convenient location, close to train station and just five minutes from old town. The facilities are equipped with everything you need for a vacation and there's kitchenette, so you can prepare food.

The kitchen needs renovation - there are stains and there seems to be mold next to the sink. There was never a wi-fi signal in the apartment, it was only downstairs in the reception.

The facility is located in the center, also next to the train station. The apartment is clean and functional.

We had to wait for half an hour despite us having sent plenty of messages with our ETA from 2 hours before our arrival (tip: the host was best reachable over WhatsApp). He eventually let us in with a code for a remote keypad which could have just been provided at the start. Yet overall this did not detract from the experience and it was still great value for money and I'm happy we stayed here. Ezio has just taken over this establishment and I'm sure he'll soon learn all the ways to make guests stays more convenient.

Our room was never cleaned during our 3 nights stay, so no change of towels or top up of toiletries which were already minimal. In the morning when the first guest used the shower/bathroom the sound of the water pump was constant.

Place was clean and in a very good location. We arrived early and were given a room before the regular check-in time and we were also allowed to leave our luggage at the "reception" after check out as our flight out of Trapani was very late.

No kettle was provided and also no wifi in the room. No natural light in the room but good for a base to explore.

No staff. Listing says room cleaned weekly but it isn't and there are no cleaning materials. Lift engineer - lift broke twice - had to help me with the gas cylinder as there is nobody there and it had run out. Had to buy new lighter for it and lend it to other guests as mine was broken and they had none. If your guests have to help each other out, hosting is perhaps slightly hands off. Kitchen not equipped. Like camping in a room. Space for toilet literally width of the seat.

Great location, central but quiet. Near bus stops, station, main street. Perfect for young people staying a few days

Mosquitoes were a problem in the room and there was no way to get rid of them other than killing them by hand. The biggest downside was the difficulty with Wifi. The property would benefit if they could add wifi-extenders to the upper floors. Rooms are pretty and well decorated but someone needs to make sure that infrastructure is maintained.

We were given a room on the 3rd floor. Room looked really nice, but there was no wifi, wifi from ground level router could not reach up there. Host was kind enough to move us down to 2nd floor the next morning, grateful for that. But, even though we could get wifi on the 2nd floor, we needed to be next to the door to the apartment or in the kitchen next to the door. If we moved into the bedroom, we lost all wifi. The shower pan drained super slowly and would threaten to overflow, the towel hooks in the bathroom were loose and we had to be careful to balance our towels so they didn't fall on the ground. The kitchenette had all dishes, cutlery, pan/pot, coffee pot, but provided no coffee, salt, sugar, oil. While making breakfast the 1st morning, the gas stopped, but the host was very prompt in sending someone to change out the gas tank. I very much appreciated that. Parking was easy on the street right by the apartment building

Nothing, all was great.

Lovely room, very tidy and clean. Italian vibes which we were looking for. Bathroom is very spacious with a lovely shower. Great location, 5 min walk from shop and 10 min walk from where the bus from Trapani airport drops you off. 10 min walk to bus to Palermo and 10 min walk to ferry to Favignana. Would stay again when visiting Trapani.

There were somewhat loud guests in the flat above, not fault of the property. No other complaints.

A great spacious room with separate kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable. Excellent wifi. Efficient air conditioning. The lift was a pleasant surprise. Very good breakfast in a cafe 2 min walk from the B&B. Parking in front of the house. Very reasonable price.

Better beaches are further away, around 2-3 kilometres from the place. View from the window at the train station.

The place is in a very good spot, close to the port, city centre and all the bus stops. Many nice restaurants around. The view from the window was maybe not the best but it is forgivable as the rest was great. Very clean place with comfortable beds, nice bathroom with shower and working air conditioner that was a life saver in those temperatures :) Close to beach in the city centre. Very quiet place, you can sleep comfortably.

There was not enough place in the bathroom, especially the toilet was a big problem. Although the shower should be cleaner. For two nights the accommodation was sufficient, for staying longer time, I would choose something else.

The locality was fine - close to the city center. Very good system of an accommodation check in - electronic lock. The owner is a kind, friendly man that gives you all necessary information that you need in Trapani. We stayed there for two nights and it was fine for that time.

The room is very clean and spacious. There is kitchen included which can be ideal for long stay in Trapani. It is an affordable price and accessible to most restaurants, cafe, shops, train station and the port.
