There’s not a single thing to dislike about our two stays at these Relais & Chateau properties.

We’ve stayed at two Relais & Chateau properties, in Madrid, and now, Milan. We love each and every detail of this unique chain of properties! The staff has also been very professional at both locations as well! I’m sold on what they do, and will make staying in their properties a priority in future travels!

It's a Relais Châteaux, so it will be high end. Beautiful location and great rooms.

Our second time staying here and I’m sure it won’t be the last. This hotel is beautiful with great staff who couldn’t be more helpful ! Rooms are excellent and so are the spa facilities and it’s in a perfect location with pretty much a straight road to walk up to the Duomo. We will be staying again when we are back, thank you for a great stay :)

The breakfast buffet left me quite poor impression. Dry sausages, sadly looking scrambled eggs, limited selection of vegetables. The possibility to order from the menu (for extra charge) was a saviour!

The staff were amazing - everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Piano music at the bar was delightfully beautiful and so were the spaces of the hotel. The location is very good - 10 minutes by foot to Montenapoleone, 20 minutes - to Duomo.

We we very happy we chose Chateau Monfort

The staff from the front desk ( Matteo and Beata) were all so helpful , to the cleaning ladies were plus! The location was a short walk to the center of Milano and was in a wonderful neighborhood. Great little classy supermarket across the street!

We were first offered a room on the 4th floor with windows above my head height. Switched rooms.

Some of the staff is kind of “reserved”, this creates not very welcoming feeling. Also, we were not informed about exterior constructions so I was in the situation of opening the curtains in the morning and construction guy facing me directly from the crane. It was VERY unpleasant. We mentioned that at the reception and we got reply that information about construction is in the elevator. We did not elevator as we were on the 1st floor…Maybe would be better to leave such note on the bed, together with weather forecast that is distributed daily.

This was my 2nd stay in this hotel. After stay with my daughter last year I wanted to show this beauty to my husband so we came here for our anniversary. It was a great choice as property is awesome, breakfast is great, perfect location. Great cocktails too ☺️ Hotel also recognised our small celebration, that was very cute, thank you! 🤗

Bit far away from the main attractions Still, the location itself is very nice. Highly recommended if you are not in Milano for the first time so you can avoid tourists

Everything was perfect. We were on a honeymoon and the staff decorated our room and gave us champagne, their service was outstanding. The room was big and super clean, they even house-kept twice a day. The location is superb, close to everything. 100% would come back.

The property is centrally located has a large front entrance. Makes it easy for taxis and Ubers to pick you up, the Bellman always opens the door for you.
