A dishwasher would be very useful, especially given the very small space in the kitchen. The apartment is very noisy as it opens to the courtyard of a popular restaurant that has live music from 7-11PM. Sleeping is only possible with earplugs!

- very old shower head - we booked for 4 people, but the sofa bed was not made up, had to do it ourselves. the lady at reception said that they didn’t do it on purppse to show the apartment in its original state - had to check out by ten but reception was not occupied at 10 to 10 so we couldn’t drop off the key. decided to go for a coffee in the meantime. got then called by the receptionist and asked where the key was, not very polite - check in was made poorly, didnt walk us to the apartment

The location is ideal, right in the center of Bardolino. The rooms were great, plenty of space and in our case with a small balcony out to the street side (could get a little loud late at night). We were provided with a parking space in a park house which was about a 10 min walk away (no problem as I hardly used my car the whole week). Other guests had a parking spot located in the deep garage below the courtyard of the restaurant and it was always fun to watch when this big box rose out of the ground with a table sitting on top of it.

The big minus was live music every evening till 23.30. I have read previous reviews so I have expected street/restaurant noise but for the music even the earplugs were not enough. And if you travel with a small child sometimes you really want to go to bed before midnight. Additionally the apartment was not cleaned properly before our arrival; especially the shower and the sofa were giving you some second thoughts before you touched them. One bed was really comfortable but the ones in the second bedroom gave us back pains. And there is the whole parking situation: if you travel with a small child and want to make some trips during your stay it is really uncomfortable to fetch your car from distant location every morning.

The apartment has really great location in the town centre. The rooms are big and nicely decorated.

Very nice and comfy apartment at the heart of Bardolino. The property also provides garage parking in the vicinity of the house. We enjoyed our stay.

There were dishes and glasses and LARGE Knives, pots, a pan but small things were not provided like, a small knife for cutting fruit, a corkscrew, scissors, a washcloth for doing dishes or you had to pay extra. The beds are OK but the mattress could really have been more comfortable. All in all a nice place to stay if you would like to be right in the city.

The location was excellent for what we were looking for. We wanted to be in Bardolino and not have to drive a lot. The parking garage was free but really hard to get in and out of (not recommended for a large car). The Apartment was clean and housekeeping came in every two days and they were very nice. The apartment is well equipped but missing some small things that could have been easily fixed. The outside courtyard is a restaurant and on one side there are some chairs and a table but nothing like a lounge or a place to just relax.

- WiFi only works in the living room, there is also no reception in the apartment so it was very difficult. - Shower is terrible. It is so easy to fix this by replacing the shower head. - There are so many small things that could be done in the kitchen to make it a pleasent experience. I found it very difficult to cook in the apartment and burned my hand a couple of times. The microwave wasn't working when we arrived. It was replaced the next day but still quite an inconvenience for the price we paid. - We were asked to give an exact time of arrival for check in and yet there was no one when we arrived and we had to wait for awhile.

The only downside is the limited check-in hours, reception closes early, 6.30 or 7.30 so we spent our first night in Verona because our flight was too late for check-in.

The apartments are in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the lake and ferry terminal. Spotlessly clean and friendly staff, special mention to Petra who is lovely and really helpful. We stayed in a studio type apartment which was very spacious.

If I have to not like something it is the parking not within the property. We were 3 adults and one kid and it was a long way walking to the parking. But at least we had a dedicated parking spot.

Customer service doesn’t exist. Other guests decided to move furniture at 0730 in the morning. Could I call the front desk? Nope ! They don’t get to work until 0900. Need help checking in or finding the place ? I hope you speak fluent Italian because they don’t speak English. Finding the place is very difficult and then parking after finding it is also a challenge. If they had better customer service and someone to call when other guests are making to much noise this would have been a positive review. Lastly, they turned on our refrigerator as we checked into the room…… nothing we put in there got cold for the next 4 hours.

The city was amazing ! Location of property is also great.

Our room was directly above the outside restaurant, so was a bit noisy in the evenings. Kitchen was not up to standard. Very limited worktop space, no draining board, old fashioned hob. Fridge door didn't close properly. Air conditioning didn't seem to be working. Check in by 6pm very restrictive if arriving by public transport. No facility to check in after that time.

I am about to write a formal complaint The flat was not the flat we stayed in before it was opposite above The San Giovanni restaurant also it was not clean I have taken photos to support this the Toilet was disgusting and smelt of urine all week The mould around the shower a health hazard and it would not me health and safety The cleaning was non existent my husband asked the manager and was advised If hadn’t been cleaned but would be next day this never happened the bins were emptied only It also stated somewhere to sit outside the manager was not bothered left us to sort out the lighting Television and the working of the apartment We have stayed in Bardolino many many times this was the worst experience we did not take any advantage of the holiday let as it was not clean in so many area’s totally disappointed as this made our holiday a disaster

The apartment was a nightmare and is ridicolously overpriced. Please read through the other reviews very closely. 1. general unclean condition of the bathroom. These included: - Generally very filthy shower, the shower head was particularly dirty - The water pressure of the shower in general was not reasonable and could not be fixed. Hot water was only available after 5 minutes of showering - The shower stall was unhooked and only attached in one place - The sink was also very dirty - The toilet seat was broken and fixed only on one side - The towels were dirty/stained. However, these were replaced the next day at our request 2. general condition of the apartment - The floor was not cleaned properly and was very dirty - The walls were very worn. Coffee stains on the wall as well as general heavy wear on the baseboards and walls. - The kitchen could only be partially used as things like toasters, knives, etc were missing. In the description of the apartment, these items were explicitly mentioned. Also missing was the iron mentioned in the description. - The mattress was highly uncomfortable and there was no slated frame - The air conditioner was not maintained (externally broken) and the lamellas made strong noises. 3. environment/soundproofing - The apartment was declared as soundproof (it wasn't). Due to the restaurant (with live music), it was very loud until 11PM or later. 4. parking Parking was a nightmare. In order to get there, you have to drive through the pedestrian zone. It is really uncomfortable as the restaurants have to move their tables in order for you to get through. And yes, this is the only (and legal) way to get there. The parking spot is beneath the restaurant. In order to get your car parked, the concierge lady has to raise the car lift, which literally lifts up a part of the outdoor restaurant area. Then you have to park your car beneath said restaurant in a very tight parking spot. SUV's probably won't fit

The only thing we liked was leaving. It was a horrible experience. Massively overpriced. The worst apartment we have ever stayed at for over 220€ per night! Do not do it! Please read the review.

I did not like the parking situation. Although this is entirely personal, I found it extremely frustrating trying to drive through the little alley, park, drop off my things, and then drive away. This is by no means a hit on the hotel though. I honestly don't think there is any way around it, but I just didn't like the initial process. The private parking is five minutes away though. So that wasn't an issue.

The location was exceptional. We were next to everything. I can't say enough about it. I enjoy running and I ran from Bardolino to Garda and it was so beautiful. The hotel apartment was huge and we had plenty of space to relax. I would definitely tell anyone to stay here again it's totally worth the money.

We ordered a family flat for 6 people and 1 infant. We were not provided a babycot or even extra linen for the baby. It took 3 adults to try to open the sofa bed. Once it was open it had dirty linen on top of the madress from the people whom had slept (we presume) the night before. We were provided extra linen and pillows for the two children who slept on the sofa bed but we had to make the bed ourselves. It was impossible to find the parking lot through the directions we got, no extra help was received since they would close the check in at 18:00. The frigde was inoperable (did not cool or freeze) and there was no hair dryer. The shower was also bad! We paid almost 600 euros for a horrible accommodation. Beware!!
