We only had a pole with 5 hangers, a wardrobe or a chest of drawers is necessary especially since the room looks big enough

The room was very clean and seemed relatively newly renovated, the staff was very friendly and willing to help, we also had access to a nice terrace, the main train station was relatively close.

Just to be picky, the sink in the bathroom was pretty tiny, nothing major. At the time of our stay AC (which is centralised with the whole building) was not active, therefore we had the room quite warm (which we fixed just by keeping the window open a little to lower the temperature)

Nice place to stay, just a 15 min walk from the core city centre. The building is divided in half between the hotel guests and university students, therefore the atmosphere is very young and modern. The staff is very efficient and lovely. Good average breakfast: both sweets and salty options are available.

Shower was not good, as the water temperature was always oscillating. The room was cleaned, but not thoroughly.

A strange smell in the room.

The room was ok, the bed was really comfy. Basic breakfast, no hot meal, just boiled eggs, ham, cheese, some tomatoes, fresh salad leaves and some pastry. We are not very picky, so it was ok. The coffee was good, though. EVERYWHERE in Turin. The distance to the main Turin square is about 40 min, which in a rainy day (yes, during our stay we had 3 rainy days out of total 4) is quite a long way. The staff was really helpful and pleasant to communicate with.

They put accidentally a big baby kot in my room and did not manage to get it out during my stay (also the lady at the reception told me they would take it out).

Very modern and clean hotel, good location, walking distance to the city center. Big room with a nice small balcony. Even though the hotel mainly seems to be used by very young people ( there are dorms in the lower floors), the hotel rooms are at the upper floors and it was very quiet!

The overall vibe of the place was great. It's very colorful inside with a cute bar area. The bed was really comfortable and the size of the room was excellent. It was a nice place to stay. I love that they give you a welcome drink :)

- The shower sometimes got a bit colder during "popular hours". - I was not able to close the curtains 100%. - Not their fault, but the walk from the train station felt a bit unsafe in the evening with lots of homeless people, unfortunately.

Very kind staff, clean and well maintained hotel, especially for this price. Although it is a student home with a hotel combined, there is a really nice and quiet atmosphere. Nice breakfast.

overall nothing to complain about the facility. the surrounding area might not be great lat at night but the facility itself is rather safe and welcoming

the breakfast was ok with good quality products but nothing exceptional. the staff was very friendly and helpful specially for those of us arriving early and needing to leave the luggage to attend the event. excellent solution for those going to events at the nearby physics department and nice restaurants at waling distance

I stayed here before on the 6th floor and the room was nicer. On the 5th floor, the window gives on the surrounding balcony, which mean you have to keep the curtain always closed for privacy and cannot really leave the window open for fresh air - in fact the air in the room was a bit stale this time.

Very comfortable bed, super clean, nice breakfast/bar, friendly staff. Central and convenient but still quiet location. Teas and coffees in the room.
