The room was too warm to our liking and since we had no balcony we could only leave window ajar since it was in a shaft.

The location of the hotel is perfect, all main attractions at walking distance. Breakfast was amazing too and all staff where very helpful and friendly. Room cleaned daily and towels and toiliteries changed and added daily too. Would highly recommend.

the mattress in the room was stiff and the pillows we felt were a bit too flat for our liking. perhaps we would have liked a room with a view however that is not really a big deal either.

Location of the hotel is excellent, right in the centre of the most central street in Rome, close to all attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the breakfast was lovely, the breakfast room was cosy and chic and the staff made sure that we started the day on a full stomach :)

Central heating cannot be switched off. We had a coffee machine but we had to daily ask for coffee sachets and they always gave us.

Great Hotel in central Rome. The room was cleaned all day and the reception employees were very helpful.I will use this hotel when i return to Rome.

Room was good but wish the room had been a bit larger with luggage stands for my wife. :)

Location was excellent for sightseeing and shopping Almost next door to Spanish steps and walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Panthenon, and Piazza Novana. Our room was street side which was great watching the flow of people. Cars are not allowed on this portion of Via Del Corso which was a bonus. Taxi drops you at corner....75 feet away.

It would have been nice to have a view from our room. The shower/tub had a leak that made the bathroom floor very wet. We let the front desk know. We only stayed two nights so it was not fixed while we were there but hopefully can be taken care of for the next guest in that particular room.

The location is delightful located near The Spanish Steps with lots of great places to walk to from the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooftop breakfast terrace is a must with wonderful ambiance, delicious coffee, freshly squeezed juice and excellent breakfast choices. The hotel also helped us secure a van to the airport very early in the morning. We appreciated that.

The price was massively hyped by the Ryder Cup which we had not planned for. We discovered that what we paid did not reflect the standards, but more the fact that prices were sky high due to the number of additional tourists. A real shame. The bathroom wasn’t overly sparkling on arrival - not bad but not amazing.

Breakfast not included but very nice and good value if you decided to take it. Location excellent - as close to main interest points as it could be - just a stone’s throw from Spanish Steps. Staff perfectly helpful.

The shower drain didn't drain well. The bathroom floor was flooded.
