Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nice old style hotel, very well located in the center of Bardonecchia. Easy access to everything. Large parking area. Nice, big yard. Clean room. Good meals. The hotel has all the necessary facilities and the owner (Beatrice) is always around and very helpful.

DenmarkWe had a superb stay at Hotel Des Geneys! The restaurant serves a diverse and tasty menu (we opted for the half-board), the location is very central in Bardonecchia and within a short distance to both Campo Smith and Jafferau ski areas. We found the hotel, although aged, was very charming, clean and well maintained by the family who built it and still runs it. Our host, Beatrice, was exceptionally kind, generous and made us feel very comfortable. She helped us get our ski passes, drove us to the slopes almost every day and even gifted us two bottles of wine... Cannot recommend Hotel Des Geneys enough for a delightful stay in Bradonecchia!

The staff are nice and kind and talkative and very responsive to requests. So don’t hesitate to ask because there is quite a lot that needs asking.
