Some miserable failures in bathroom equipment and air conditioning was out of order. This is not suitable for 4 stars hotel.

In general everything was OK. Good location of the hotel. Very pleasant personnel. Wide choice for breakfast. Safe parking of the car.

Bathroom light over mirror stayed on all night since we were unable to find where to turn off.

In my opinion, hotel could inform the guests, that the jacuzzi on top floor is out of order.

Friendly staff - we got early check in when arived. We are really thankful for this. Very good room, cleaning every day. Good breakfast, friendly breakfast staff. Bicycles for free use for guest is a value!

It would be helpful to know when the pool is functional/season dates.

* Close location to restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach * 15 - 20 minute walk to the train station * Large room with all amenities - fridge in room, hairdryer, toiletries * Free access to roof pool (although this was empty when we stayed), rain showers and sauna * Brilliant, friendly and helpful staff. They were extremely welcoming and very family friendly * Outstanding breakfast. Best breakfast I've had in a hotel

My room was at the end of the passage, 401. Lovely room but quite cold. 3 large windows allowed the chilly air in. The weather was very cold, late April, for this time of year, unusual. Heating turned off. Doubled up my large bed quilt kept me warm. But amazing room.

Location, up market presentation, wonderful staff especially Dalila at reception. Greated with smiles, good English speaking staff, bags immediately taken to room while checking in. Spacious comfortable room, massive spread & variety breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Booking taxi & explaining where to eat, visit etc, no trouble. Highly recommend.

Everything was fine. If you think about what you would like additionally, it would be access to drinking water not only at breakfast.

We stayed in a room with a balcony with a lovely view of the San Marino mountains, which we really enjoyed. Perhaps we got such a nice room by chance, as we were out of season). The room had great water pressure in the shower, and nice wall tiles. We didn't get to use the sauna, but you can rent a set of flip flops and a bathrobe from them for 5 euros. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, tomatoes with mozzarella, pastries for coffee and more, so you'll be full.

A second chair to put my luggage would have being helpful, since the only available chair in the room was a small hocker.

The Christmas decoration of the lobby and in the breakfast buffet was superb! My room was nice and the bed was confortable, I enjoyed my stay there and recommend the hotel.

Position of the hotel is really good. It has it's own underground garage. You just leave your keys, and they do all the rest, very convinient. Breakfast was excellent. From savoury to sweet, fruit, muesli, cappuccino... All made with the best ingredients. It wasn't warm enough to use the outside pool, but it looks very nice on the top of the hotel, nice view too.
