Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyIt is a bit noisy during the day when a car passes. However, as the hotel is situated on a very small street, you cannot ask for more, if you want to stay in the city center. During the night, there is almost no traffic at all - thus, sleeping was no problem.
Very nice hotel in the city center of Milan. It is a lovely building with a cozy lounge and a beautiful breakfast room. The rooms are spotless clean. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help. Breakfast is very good. Bottled water and even some other nonalcoholic drinks are free of charge.

This hotel is in a prime location, near all major tourist sights, but on a quiet street. It is well run, but it's decor is somewhat dated. They offer a good breakfast and a happy hour, where they provide alcoholic beverages and appetizers. The staff was helpful and did a good job in all respects. There is nothing negative to be said.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week Italy trip. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. Everyone always greets you with a smile. We did not encounter a single person who wasn’t willing to help us. The inside is so quaint and cute. Very comfortable bed with a good size room and bathroom. Extremely clean, all the food was very high quality compared to other buffets we experienced. Good location, about 5 minute walk from the Duomo. It is nice and quiet at night. Excellent breakfast buffet. You get complimentary bottled water, soft drinks, and juices each day. Each night you can get a welcome drink at the hotel bar. We even received a nice block of chocolate welcoming us to our room. All in all, I think the hotel is a great deal for price. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!!

This is a beautiful place to stay in Milan. It is in a quiet area but within easy walking to all the attractions. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast room was very nice and had a good selection of gluten free options! We would definitely stay here again if we return to Milan.

The location is fantastic, the staff very attentive and the breakfast was varied and just delicious. We got a welcome chocolate bar which was a nice touch. The room has everything it needs, with daily replenished minibar and good quality toiletries in the bathroom

United KingdomWe had a balcony upgraded room which was lovely,however there are too many trees planted to make the balcony private which takes a lot of you're room and also attracts mosquitoes,both me and my friend got quite a few bits,did tell reception who supplied the plug ins for room but spoiled the balcony for us as couldn't leave doors open when warm on a night for fear of been bit more
The hotel is beautiful,the decor is lovely,modern and eye catching,the staff aim to please,little touches are really good,fridge is stocked daily with water and soft drinks all complimentary,there's apples etc and bottles of water by reception and the lovely fruit sweets,umbellas in case of rain,a complimentary drink every night for an hour,wine or prosecco,complimentary breakfast,waffles,bacon,scrambled eggs,pastrys,cereals,biscuits,toast,jams lots of choice,hot drinks they bring to you're table,nothing is too much trouble,would recommend this hotel.
