Can be a little noisy first thing in the morning - but not sure if this was from neighbouring properties. Some hot options for breakfast would be recommended.

Fantastic location - right in the centre of the main tourist area and walking distance to the ferries, train station and bus stops… very large room and excellent bathroom.

I cannot think of anything that was not up to standard.

The location and staff. We found all the staff able to assist us with any requests. The location is within 100mt of station and bus services. Shopping and restaurants are all well within walking distance. The rooms and hotel is spotless with very pleasant and happy cleaning staff.

Outside hotel does not look too attractive at all. Services hotel offers are simple. Rooftop terrace was not fully open yet and hotel has storage for laundry and some trash behind a simple fence on a terrace, not too nice.

Excellent location just a short walk from railway and bus station. Also short walk to actual shopping streets and harbor. Recently renovated hotel (inside) so very neat, clean and functioning. Only downside, if you like, is that outside hotel does not look like much. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Room was very clean and nice and had windows to garden, thus traffic on street did not bother us.

They even head coffee with a water cooker in the room. A nice terrace on the second floor. And very near to the historic center and bus and train station.

The property was clean and staff were very kind and accommodating. They allowed us to store our bags prior and after check in/ out to allow for more time for exploring. Room was clean and hotel was perfectly located for easy access to all of Sorrento.

- Breakfast should be improved, at least there could be more fruits (there were only ananas and apple). - There could be complimentary water in the room. - There should be napkins and slippers in the room. - The street was noisy at the weekend, but this was normal. It didn't disturb us so much.

- Location is really close to bus and train station (like 2 mins). - You can walk to restaurants, sea front and port in 10 mins. - Staff was nice and helpful. - Deluxe room was renovated, big and clean. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was working fine.

Great location only 3 minutes walk from Sorrento station. All of Sorrento is within close walking distance. Personable and well informed staff on the front desk 24hrs. Makes a difference. The room was surgically clean, everything worked and serviced daily. Not luxurious, but more than comfortable and great value.

Location was ideal, next to train and station, short walk to main platz and surrounding areas, quiet sun terrace for relaxing. Modern rooms were more than sufficient for our needs and absolutely spotlessly clean.

The toilet flush did not work on first and last day. However, the maintenance person came promptly to fix it.

This hotel is in a fantastic central spot in Sorrento and the entire experience was really lovely, fab room with balcony and the breakfast was lovely too. Couldn't ask for better, I will definitely be back, hopefully it will be available when I do.

The location couldn’t have been better! It’s right on the Main Street that leads to all the restaurants and streets down to the marinas. It’s is steps from the train station, which was so convenient. Staff were delightful and friendly. The property was sparkling clean, the room was bright and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Superb location, 2 mins walk from train station. Friendly staffs, 24 hr reception. We arrived early and we’re given early check in for no charge. Really happy with the stay overall.
