Well, the room did not have air conditioning or a fan. The staff explained that air conditioning in rationed by the city of government entity, so I guess that is understandable.

It was a very convenient location to the train station. The neighborhood had good restaurants and was convenient to many sites, and it was easy to catch a taxi. We were able to leave our luggage in the office since we arrived before checkin--that was very helpful!

Room was a bit on the small side but as we were hardly in it and had made the booking last minute, it wasn't much of an issue.

Location is great for exploring Rome and the room is what you would need whilst exploring and using the hotel as a base. I had booked this last minute due to a booking error by myself on this trip but the hotel served its purpose and gave us a clean room with ensuite and a nice breakfast too. Staff were friendly and helpful and location is about a 15 minute walk from Roma Termini.

The hotel is a bit dated, but hey adds to the charm. And they take good care of the facilities. You have everything you need.

Superb brekfast buffet, extreemly friendly and helpfull staff, very quiet street, close to the train station and downtown. I would return.

The pillows, thin and hard.

This budget hotel had an excellent location and provided good value for money. The rooms are simple and somewhat dated but provide all that is needed, our room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was included and if offered a good variety of foods including boiled eggs, cold meats, cheese, cakes, yogurt, bread and a good coffee machine.

The room and facilities were a bit outdated. Walls were thin and we could hear all neighbours and noises around. Breakfast was good, however, better selection of food would be more attractive.

Location of the hotel was excellent, easy to access and the staff were welcoming. Cleaning and housekeeping team members were great! They walked the extra mile to make our room nice and tidy every day. They deserve every credit.

The rooms in the annex are on the 3 floor, and sometimes people forget to close the door of the elevator and then it get blocked. I have a problem with my hip and it was very hard for me to walk up the stairs after a long day of sight-seeing. I recommend that they put up a sign to remember the tourists to close the door.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I had chosen a room in the annex as I wanted to sleep in a quiet place without too much people going in and out. The room was great and silent, even if it was over the busstation in Piazza Indipendenza, the windows are so thick that you can't hear the noise. And I loved the view of the piazza. The reception was nice and the breakfast is one of the best that I have had in Italy, so you shouldn't miss it. I had love to come back here :)

The bed was too old and I could feel the springs on my back,have to put two pillows on top of the springs to be able to sleep.

The front desk staff were the best that I ever had,all of them were very helpful.I was supposed to fly to Lourdes,France the day after and due to a strike my fly was canceled and I lost my round trip fly and hotels rentals in France and Spain and a car rental as well so they extended my stay to 5 days.

The location was excellent. Lots of eats and drinks. 10min walk to trains and buses. Close to attractions. Ample breakfast to start the day. Rooms and showers are on the small side but did the job. Great that there was a lift. We are a family of 5. Ages 69 66 38 37 and 4.
