There really isn't anything we didn't like.

Everything went perfectly and we really enjoyed our stay here. From the warm reception, to champagne in the room, to the well-appointed suite, this was just perfect. It is on the pricier side, but for this level of lavish luxury, you expect to pay a disproportionately high price for a suite. It was our anniversary and the staff treated us like VIPs. We're not VIPs, but just once in a while it's nice to be treated like that.

Superbly appointed rooms & communal areas, the room was beautiful and a good size. Complimentary drinks much appreciated. Friendly & helpful staff, nice bar area. Superb selection at breakfast. The location was fantastic, could not have been better. All in all, absolutely excellent.

Our room was very comfortable but would have appreciated a little larger space. Breakfast was excellent with a very good variety of food types, sufficient to please most palets. Location, again was excellent. I will definitely put Hotel Spadai at the top of our list of where to stay when we return, and will recommend this to family and friends.

The location was absolutely perfect: almost next door to the Duomo and across the street from the Riccardi Medici Palace. The breakfast was amaziung, and the room was very nice, although a bit small, but more than adequate. Finally, the staff were all extremely nice!

Breakfast was really good. Everyday fresh fruit , I love it . We stayed at a triple room and it was very comfortable for us. Room with a walk in shower bath was great. Every day they cleaned our room. Location is also great. For my next time visit to Firenze ı will again stay at your hotel.

We loved the style of the hotel which is really modern and luxurious. It is situated right in the centre of Florence yet it was quiet at night. The breakfast was amazing- such good quality and fantastic choice.

Fabulous location, 10 minutes easy walk to Florence SMN train station, the Accademia with David, Ponte Vecchio, as well as the ritzy shopping area of town. Many nice bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The room was a great size, spotlessly clean, and had lovely soft sheets and towels. Very nice to have a kettle and tea making items/ biscuits etc in the room as well! Lovely big bathroom but crazy tiny shower area with weirdly positioned rain shower head. Breakfast was an extravagant affair but for me the elaborate show of cakes and pastries was a bit too over the top. I can only hope someone benefits from what must be a lot of leftover food each day.

The size of the triple room was a little tight. The main bed was fine for me and one of my sons, but the pull-out single was small and uncomfortable for my other son.

Breakfast buffet was very good. Location cannot be beat. It is right where you want to be! And the staff were all very friendly, accommodating, and helpful in arranging transportation to the airport, providing sightseeing guidance, and pointing us in the right direction for a rooftop bar during the spectacular Florence sunset.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful room & public areas. Spotlessly clean. The staff couldn’t do enough to make our staff enjoyable. From the wonderful barman who made me a great negroni, the restaurant staff who interpreted our strange coffee requests perfectly. Huge breakfast buffet that set us up for a day’s sightseeing. Oh & leave room for the happy hour buffet!

We had a junior suite for the four of us (2 adults and two teenage girls) which was really spacious, with comfortable beds, a large bathroom ( albeit with pointless jacuzzi) and very clean. Really good breakfast with lots of fruit- blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and Greek yoghurt plus the usual meats, cheese and cereal. Great location 5 mins max from Duomo and walking distance from the train station( for trips to Siena) but relatively quiet for central location. Really friendly and attentive staff in particular at breakfast where they remembered your name and what you had to drink!
