Excellent location, polite and helpful staff, large room fully equipped, cleanliness and comfort. The only downside, the small lobby, and the small breakfast area. Of course, it is worth noting that despite the small dimensions , the breakfast was very good and the staff managed to keep us all satisfied!

Lack of English speaking channels like CNBC and CNN or other news stations. Watched Comedy Central at midnight in English with German subtitles which which was fine.

Location. Restaurant they recommended. Service, Excellent breakfast with decaf coffee. Did not use it, but they had a vegetable juice grinder. Room was quiet even though it backed up to a busy street. Nice balcony. Large towels.

We couldn't find the sheets for the sofa bed, we should have asked the desk but we couldn't call them from the room and it was late. Also there is no conditioner in the showers so if you are going to wash your hair whilst there you should buy / bring some!

Breakfast was great, varied and well stocked and regularly topped up - they have a juicer! The hotel is very close to a metro station and nearby nice cafes and shops. The reception staff were helpful, with maps of the city available etc. The room had a high standard of cleanliness.

I had a little trouble with the air conditioning, but nothing major. My room could have been a bit larger.

The location is excellent for getting around with public transportation. The room could have been a bit larger, but very nicely decorated. Shower is awesome! Great breakfast. And Paolo at reception is the Best! I will be back.

nice hotel. It was much better than we expected. The staff is brilliant. Everything was very good. The place for breakfast is a bit limited, but we managed nucely. Caffee was very good. There was nothing "not good". The location is a bit distanced from that place we wanted but we knew it in advance. So, I indicated 9 for location (in the end of day, it is not far, not at all, and taxi was fast, convenient and well affordable on our way back. It was perfect value for money.

The B&B was right next to the railway and we could hear trains going by although with the windows closed it was not too loud

Our plans had changed and instead of 3 checking only my wife and I checked in and the owner offered us a Studio with a private shower which was appreciated. Also, the owner was very warm, friendly and geniunely concerned that we were comfortable and everything met our expectations throughout the stay. Breakfast selection was excellent as well

We never figured out how the air conditioning works (I guess it didn't), but we didn't really miss it so we never bothered to ask. Warm food is not available for breakfast (but the cold food options are good). The breakfast room is pretty small; I can imagine it becomes crowded during the holiday season.

The staff is friendly. Our room was small but nice and extremely well cleaned every day. Breakfast was good and versatile. Gluten free options were sufficient for my daughter (we asked for gluten free bread). Location is excellent along the lively but not too crowded Corso Buenos Aires. Good metro connections to Duomo etc.

Although it is publicized to have air conditioning, we were told that it is mot available to be used until May -- which was not helpful in April.

Hotel Teco was an excellent place to stay. The staff, especially Paul (Paulo), were terrific -- friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were also great, with more food and variety than we expected.

The hotel has a good location - the center, the metro stop and the train station are at a convenient distance. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean. The breakfast area was quite small, but the breakfast itself was very good. Very good value for money.

This was a stop over for us before heading to Bologna and it was perfect. The staff were really friendly, the room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was relaxed with a good choice of food available.

Having a baggage storage area on the lobby would be helpful. No car parking is available on the hotel. Maybe somekind of voucher to nearby parking garages would be useful.

Location is close to the subway and to the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone was fluent in english, spanish and french. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very good.

The room was big clean and very comfortable, great bathroom and terrace. The breakfast was delightful with loads of choices. Even as a vegan there was plenty fresh fruit and vegetables for juicing. Coffee delicious too.
