The appartments door stopped working with the automatic entry on our 2nd day. Fortunately we had the key. Perhaps a few more items for personal use would be good- tissues, cleaning cloths. The TV image seemed unclear and had wavering colours, perhaps the tv needs to be checked.

The layout is nice, with the loft bedroom above and the living quarters below. Wifi and air conditioning worked well. It was great to have cooking facilities and a goo supply of linen. Convenient location. Check in and check out were clearly explained. A good experience all round for our first trip to Milan.

Only thing that would be helpful was maybe a couple of hooks on the backhoe the bathroom door for towels.

Loved the location, easy to get into (once I worked it out, virtual key was great). It was spacious, clean, bathroom was nice as was the sitting area.

The WiFi only worked sporadically and even when it did work, it was very slow. Had to rely on data most of the time.

The location was incredibly convenient - close to a major transit station and lots of restaurants/bars/cafes. Also very easy to access the unit using the link provided. Best experience I’ve had with access.

The towels had a sort of stale smell, they were clean and we had no problem using them but they did sort of smell weird. It’s just a minor thing and not real problem at all.

Very roomy for two people inside of a building with privacy, not exposed to the street. The location was really great as well since Garibaldi station is so close. Everything was good.

The rubbish bins really stank. They were empty but obviously hadn't been cleaned for a while. We had to pug in the Foxtel to get it to work.

We easily accessed the room with the remote access via the email sent to us before we arrived. The room was very comfortable and clean. Easy access to local restaurants and shops. Short walking distance to 'New Milan', which is very modern and good to see. Easy access to the train line as well.

In terms of cleanliness, we noticed a few minor concerns in the apartment. The freezer had accumulated a significant amount of ice buildup, suggesting it might have been due for a thorough cleaning. Additionally, we were surprised to discover a partially consumed bottle of juice inside the freezer. Another small issue was the toilet paper holder, which had some stains that I hope were merely rusty spots. Other the freezer and the toilet paper holder - the whole place was pretty much spotless.

The location is excellent - great connectivity via public transport: Porta Garibaldi railway station is right there near the apartment, there are metro stations nearby, it also takes 15-20 minutes on foot to reach Milano Centrale station, from where you can catch an airport shuttle or train, etc. The city centre is within reasonable walkable distance (30-35 minutes on foot to reach the Duomo). The kitchen is fully equipped and the air conditioning worked superbly. The bed was heavenly comfortable, the WiFi was stable, the neighbourhood looked safe, there was plenty of natural light in the apartment and there were also blackout curtains available which could be used to block the light if needed. The hosts gave us virtual keys which worked with no issue, and were actually pretty handy to use instead of physical keys. Considering the location, the facilities and the overall comfiness - this is absolutely great value for the money.

Wifi was poor in my room as the router is in the stair well. Fridge did not work well at barely kept the food cold.

The accommodation was quite big, location was good close to train station. Staff were friendly.

The terrace could have been cleaned, and the light on the terrace should have been repaired. Similarly, the stain on the skylight window could have been painted over (the walls are in need of refreshing). Unfortunately, the kitchen is poorly equipped. While there are plenty of pots and plates, there is a lack of a good cutting knife, wine glasses, and drink glasses (only coffee mugs are available). These are minor details that can be easily addressed for future guests and do not overshadow the other aspects of the stay.

Nice apartment in a quiet area, two floors with terrace, air conditioning, tv etc. Early check-in was possible, and the overall check-in procedure was very convenient and fully remote. The location was excellent, situated in a residential area which was about a 20-minute walk from Milano Duomo. This neighbourhood primarily catered to locals rather than tourists, offering fantastic coffee shops, shops, and markets with authentic Italian goods. It was also quite close to Bosco Verticale, the famous buildings adorned with trees, where one could truly experience the spirit of modernity in the city of Milano. Additionally, it was within walking distance to Chinatown and the Monumental Cemetery, which are both must-see attractions. Furthermore, the accommodation was conveniently located just a two-minute walk from Milano Garibaldi Train Station, providing easy access to various directions such as Bergamo, Como Lake, Lecco, and more. Unlike the Milano Centrale area, this neighbourhood was considered very safe and pleasant. The apartment featured a nice terrace; however, it would have been better if it had been cleaned before the guest's arrival, and the light on the terrace should be repaired.

Modern apartment with great facilities including a comfy bed. Very spacious and very light filled. Great location - within 7 minute walk to two metro/subway stations which were connected to multiple lines. Multiple food/restaurant options within 5 minute walk.

The bathroom is on the first floor and the bed is on the second. If you are one to wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, you might need to reconsider!

Loved the layout of the apartment. Loved the self check-in and the key that comes up on your phone. A/C worked great and bathroom was spacious.

Check-in was good in the end & a very easy and a smooth process. But it was a bit stressful working it all out beforehand, as we are not used to this kind of process, not being technologically minded !!!

Very comfortable bed. Nice local area with plenty of restaurants. ( Cannot give a rating for staff, as checkin completely automatic.)

The door for the bathroom was a little struggle sometimes, I didn’t open easily. I didn’t really understand how the airconditioning worked, there were devices on the wall and there was a remote control but I couldn’t figure out which one to use cause for me it looked like neither worked.

The amount of light in the room is really nice, i liked how much natural light come in the apartment. I really enjoyed the terrace, it was nice to sit the in the morning.

I'd rather find more kitchen facilities for example paper napkins etc. In the bathroom there is the basic wall-mounted hairdryer, if you have the possibility bring your personal one.

The apartment is located in the heart of Isola district, 3 mins walking from Garibaldi train and metro station, you have a lot of bars and places around you. Very comfy bed, bright apartment due to inline windows, clean and tidy, easy online checkin and excellent wifi. We spent 2 nights during the weekend and the place and internal court is very silent. I recommend to stay!

we had a power cut when we turned the oven on - had to get the staff to turn the power back on. we were advised to not use the oven and air conditioning after this. wasn’t much of a problem for us, and they sorted the power quickly. the owners might get this fixed as they are aware. area seemed very quiet after working hours

very clean and spacious flat. modern and had all basic amenities. we had a travel mixup but owner still managed to check us in to the flat after 9pm which was very helpful. owner was lovely and a great help. close to Garribaldi train station
