I slept in the dorm and that was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, so central! And what I loved most, is that by checking in I was greeted by an orange cat on the stairs. The cat slept on the sofa in the hall during the night (cannot enter the hall where the rooms are because of an extra door) and I left a bag of cat treats behind.. Further on I loved it that the check in times were so long. I left my baggage there for free after checking out so I could explore the city without my big backpack. And super happy with that service!

Amazing breakfast. Accommodation in heart of town, everything within easy reach walking. Around 150 sqm accommodation with everything you need. We felt like home. Parking (at cost) next to accommodation recommended by the host was very useful, because there is hardly any possibility to park within the walls.

It was initially difficult to find and roadworks made it inaccessible for public transport, that could have been a problem if you had a lot of luggage.. luckily I never.

What a gem! Located in the heart of the old city. So many bars and restaurants just steps aways.15 minute walk from the railway station. Lovely old building, furnished with traditional and modern furniture. Huge bedroom, modern spotless en suite. Fantastic choice of cold food at breakfast. Owner and staff absolutely delightful....welcoming, friendly, efficient. Our stay was just perfect thanks.

Definitely NOT a complaint but we would have liked access to make a cup of tea.

Loved this property. Couldn’t ask for better with the location. We walked to everything. Lucca is not huge but it was good to be in a spot that was fairly quiet at night. We were there for 4 nights that went over a weekend. There was a bar at the end of the street where a LOT of people gathered and there was noise from there but the minute the window was closed you could not really hear them. It was hot weather but the room was cool even with the windows shut so all good. There are restaurants and cafes close by and it is a short walk to the Piazza Anfiteatro where you are spoilt for dining options. Our room, Flora, was big. The bed was very comfortable, water was hot, WiFi was good and there is a fridge. The establishment itself is quiet. We couldn’t hear other guests at all. The included breakfast is very good. Plenty to choose from and should suit everyone. It set us up for the day. We didn’t have a car so I can’t comment on the parking area but it was an easy taxi ride from Lucca station. The hosts were amazing. Very helpful and friendly.we would definitely recommend a stay here.

I don't have complains. I would like to specify for other tourists (because I didn't get this from the beginning) if you want free parking, which can be found about 700 m away, do not enter the old city gates (Lucca restricted area or ZTL), not even to leave the luggage at the B&B, because you'll have to pay the day parking fee (10 euros or a very big fine if you choose to ignore it).

Location is very nice, right in the old city center. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was based mostly on sweet than healthy stuff, but OK. It has nearby parking for 10 euros a day.

The location is excellent. It has a lovely little garden to relax in after a day of walking around the city. Such a reasonable price for what's included, the continental breakfast it nice, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

I have picked the dormitory without seeing is was mixed. Wish they have only women dorms too.

Door lock to our room was very tricky

We loved that we could park our car inside the wall and that it was a great location just inside the north port. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a soft chair and windows that opened. The breakfast had a lot of variety, continental (all cold items) and wonderful coffee made to order by Claudia. She and Gabrielle were both very helpful and kind and friendly. It was a fair price in a lovely city.
