Noisy location, bad insulation of the room

Friendly staff. Pleasant traditional Italian hotel with attractive decor.. Large room with huge comfortable bed. Superb breakfast.

The bathroom was a bit grotty and could do with some TLC. It had a shower head but no where to attach it and no shower curtain. The toilet cistern made constant noises that was hard to block out even with the bathroom door closed. The air conditioning would suddenly start making very loud noises but we managed without it.

Location for the Airport/Train station is great. Also not far from the main part of the city, a bit further from the Tower but walkable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with a lovely reception area. Bed was comfortable with spare pillows and tea/coffee provided. Wifi was good and they were able to look after our bags after check-out.

The shower was tiny and uncomfortable and could barely move inside it. The room could can use an upgrade. The TV was the size of a computer monitor and the air conditioner did not work.

The breakfast breakfast buffet was great! The king bed was a plus as well. The location was perfect, right across from train station and short ride to airport. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Lights were hard to figure out. Bathroom door squeaky and slammed shut. Shower door didnt work. Room was noisy- could hear neighbours beside and above. Heard chairs dragging along in rooms above during the night.

Big room, comfy bed. Reception were prompt. Internet was good. Easy check in and checkout.

The entrance to the hotel wasn’t great. It’s inside a weird indoor shopping centre/alley way. Half the shops seemed abandoned and it didn’t seem safe and was very dirty. There were 3 of us and we didn’t stay out late but I wouldn’t have felt safe going back to the hotel if I was out late or if I was a single traveller. However as soon as you get into the hotel it’s completely different.

The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and we even had a private balcony off the room which was lovely to sit on during sunset. It was a good location very close to the train station which was perfect for our early flight the next morning.

The room was tired and too hot even though it had air con no way to adjust it lower. The flashing light in the room poss smoke alarm was like being outside a lighthouse. The bath /shower very rusty

Didn’t like the approach to the hotel but scruffy and didn’t like the tunnel leading to main entrance but it is a good hotel so can’t complain

Very small room. Somewhat older property accessed via a dark passage between buildings.

This is an old, a little tired hotel, but if you are using it as a base and it is cheap. It is OK

Basic hotel in a good location, ideal for a stopover if you get in late on a flight, or have an early departure the next day. The breakfast was pretty good, lots of choice.

We didn't believe there was anything we didn't like, the hotel could maybe update alittle but it wasn't necessary for our requirements.

The staff were so accommodating and helped us out as much as we needed. We were only here for 1 night but quite happily have stayed longer if we came back. The breakfast was just as advertised and suited all manner of needs.
