Nice apartments, near train station. Easy to reach, nice neighborhood, a lot of restaurants around. Since it on the hill easy to reach main sight seen points. Room cleaning was every day.

The bathroom was very small. The water from the sink only cold, the water from shower was warm. The room was big but dark, having low lighting. There was a cupboard for refrigerator, but refrigerator was missing. Very small terrace. Early check-out - 10.30. Normally it is 12.00.

The hotel is located close to a main metro station ''Termini''. It is very communicative area with many stores around. The stuff was very kind. The room was big, clean, comfortable beds.

We had an air conditioner that leaked. Rather than it being fixed, there was a plastic bucket underneath it and we had to keep emptying it. Also the lighting was very dim. No main light in the room.

There was black mould near the shower, the air conditioning coolant ran into the shower and also there was no bowls or cutlery.

It was in a great location and the staff were easy to deal with.

You will need some ear plugs as on a high street (I am from countryside though so I may just be a light sleeper). Plug near bed was broken so had to plug in my phone across the room and rest it on a chair near the bed. Shower was broken on first night- this was fixed the next day but after a day of travelling I was desperate for a shower and couldn’t have one.

Well situated close to the Trevi Fountain/ Colosseum/ Pantheon area. Very clean and cleaned each day to high quality. Black out blinds/ shutters Air conditioning. I asked to stay an extra night on short notice and they accommodated this.

the bathroom was minuscule. even my slim husband had to enter it sideways. no plug in the sink for shaving etc

Location was perfect, no more than 5 minutes walking from Termini wich is awesome if you need to go to the airport or move to another city. Rooms and bathrooms were fine, honestly I just used my room for sleeping

Disappointed that there was no seating in the courtyard, but sitting there isn't allowed. Whilst housekeeping came in every day, changed towels and made bed, was surprised they didn't change the cups that we had used for clean ones. Had left them in an obvious place but we had to use the same cups every day. No milk supplied for the tea although I did ask at reception and they gave me a jug.

Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it. Same every day but we didn't mind that. The location is excellent as a few minutes walk to the metro. Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Room was big enough for us and was clean. Housekeeping came in every day.

The room has old, antique furniture and the room is not quiet, you can hear other guests talking inside their rooms.

Hotel is a bit aged and shower is a tight fit.

The staff are great and the hotel is really well located within walking distance of the main attractions.
