All was great

It was one of the best stays ever. We had the Royal suite which has the real Florentine vibe thanks to 5+ meter high old fresque painted ceiling, wooden floors and it is very spacious and comfortable. Good matress and comfortable bathroom with premium bath essentials. Very kind an friendly service from all the staff team. They helped us with the parking and luggage and recommended a nice restaurant for dinner 🥂

check out should be at least 12:00 and not 11:00, the mattress are very soft, and the apartment smells of mould due to lack of big windows for ventilation, as well as the AC was not working properly.

Location is excellent for the great restaurants in San Frediano and Santo Spirito, the Ridolfi suite is beautiful and the hotel team were super friendly and helpful.

Very messy check in. I have informed hotel that I am arriving on time and also booked valet service. I informed them as well I am coming with a sport car. Anyway the lady who welcomed us, she forced me to park the car on the sidewalk and wait for the valet service guy. It left damage on my wheel. 50m further there is a square where you can leave your car with no stress. Very stressful situation even I informed them about the arrival and specification of the car. This lady just kept stressing us about the traffic etc. Very unprofessional and almost ruined the day. If your car has bigger value as well skip this. When we checked out the other lady at the reception organised everything well and we picked up our car on the square.

In-hotel room amenities. Only one plug socket on one side of the bed; could have had more bath salts. The tealights on the floor weren't working.

Wonderful room, location is great too. Breakfast is good. Staff are wonderfully helpful. The location is really excellent. I loved that side of the bridge - considerably less touristy and with amazing shopping!

I have been in Florence 2.5 years ago in a classy Grand Hotel Minerva and what a stay it was! Only minus was the July heat +30C which was too much for me but not my children. This time I took my old 79 you Mom and my two adult girls with me. Palazzo Ridolfi was just another side of the river Arno and what a place it was. I know we were not the only guests but we were treated like we were. This is an experience you do not want to miss. Like living in the authentic palazzo. The Penthouse apartment was superb. We had windows to all 4 directions. Duomo, Palazzio Degli Uffizi (very near). Truthfully a very authentic and extraornidary place to stay: the old elevator, wonderful service at the front desk, conti nuing to to the breakfast room. We had a bit of problem with the return transfer to the airport but the lovely lady that served us breakfast as well made some phone calls and we got that fixed too. Thank you all!

Location - very convenient. Located within a short walking distance to the train station, but more importantantly, very close to the historic centre and all its attractions (including a short 22-minute walk to Piazzale Michaelangelo). We loved the area of Oltrarno with its antique shops and wonderful restaurants. Facilities - rooms are quite, comfortable and clean. Decor is beautiful and very calming. We loved our room.  Service - staff is kind, welcoming and helpful. Attended to all our requests and gave us useful recommendations. Breakfast - tasty and plentiful. The cappuccino was particularly great. We found it reasonably priced Overall, we had a perfect stay (we wouldn't have changed anything) and will definitely come again next time we visit Florence. Highly recommended.
