Highly organized staff coordinating our stay. All our needs were anticipated and communication through WhatsApp just perfect. Beautifully decorated and organized. The apartment had everything we needed. Location was also good close to plenty of bars, restaurants and gelato.

My only complaint is that the window didn't have a curtain, so it was a little light in the room even at night time. But other than that it was perfect.

The location was amazing!! Less than a ten minute walk from the Duomo, less than 5 min walk to a grocery store, and a variety of restaurants and gelato shops in the area. The room was fantastic - it was spacious and clean, and it was easy to enter the building and the room. Caterina was so helpful, she answered all my questions and concerns promptly and made sure I was okay. Bonus was that the building has a gorgeous, quiet courtyard. Would highly recommend staying here and will be staying again next time I'm in Florence!

Air conditioning didn't work when it was hot, which is fine but we had to open a window and got eaten alive by mosquittos.

The location was fantastic! Quiet apartments on vibrant street with a lovely and relaxing courtyard. Lovely beds, comfortable seating areas for relaxation. Lovely accommodating host—Caterina. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Florence.

The apartment itself was modern, clean, comfortable and fantastic. In a great location to many tourist sights- very walkable. Loved having a kitchen. Has AC making it super quiet for sleeping and comfortable.

Perfect place for a family or group of friends. Very comfortable, great location, self check-in, very quiet at night and comfortable beds. Shower is just perfect. Also important if you travel with the luggage - there is a lift 👍

A bit too pricey, but we knew that when we booked it. The extra bed was in a nook by the corridor, which was fine for sleeping, but because it served as the lounge/dining area as well, it was a bit small when we were using it. But it was okay as we were out for most of the day.

Location was excellent. Very close to everything. Lovely courtyard, excellent coffee, comfy bathroom, very nicely decorated apartment. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

It was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it. The contact person Caterina was lovely to deal with and very very responsive. Also we got an extended check out and we're called a taxi which we needed and wouldn't have known how to do. Very very accommodating property manager.

Double room at the back of building which was quiet and overlooked the coutyard. Lovely private room with fridge. Excellent location in walking distance to main attractions and some lovely bars and restaurants within 10 minutes.

Not a big deal but the hand towel holder by the sink was broken when we arrived - we told the host who apologised and no doubt will get this fixed. Our apartment faced the street so was noisy at night - nothing the host could change (the windows were quite thick) so if you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend trying to get a courtyard facing room. Some small feedback: it would’ve been nice to have conditioner in the shower.

Fantastic location, in the Santa Croce area of Florence, 10 minute walk from the Duomo and other sights. Spotless apartment which looked exactly like the photos but felt bigger in person. Great space and amenities: lovely large shower, bathroom and sink, plenty of mirrors and lamps, etc. throughout, air con & heating, two sets of shower and hand towels (for 5 days), a dishwasher and a lift in the building. The host was really communicative, helped us get to and from the airport and left a thoughtful booklet of recommendations for restaurants, cafes and shops. There was a lovely courtyard at the back that we didn’t get a chance to use but I’m sure would be lovely in summer. I’d really recommend staying here and would return easily.

- Cleaning fee(?) - I wish it was embedded in the room rate. I chose not to book through Airbnb for this very reason. - Mosquitos (quite a lot): Since the AC is preset with the heater only, I had to keep the windows open, hence mosquitos :(. - More shelves in the bathroom would be nice, so female guests have a spot for their makeup and stuffs; OR a mirror in front of the little table/desk in the bedroom. - There was no knife in the kitchen, found out when I tried to cut up some cheese and salami :(
