We looked at several accommodations in Naples in this category, and this one was by far the best value for money. Very comfortable, great location, very nice service, very attractively furnished and - very important in Naples - absolutely quiet. Highly recommended.

There is no lobby in the hotel. The tiny reception desk sits on a landing in the steep staircase. Staff were not present in the hotel overnight. Also, there is no restaurant and no place super close to get breakfast, especially in the early morning. Finally, we had trouble getting the AC to turn on in our room. The staff had already left for the night, so they couldn’t help.

Very modern rooms. Spacious bathroom and beautiful shower! Great location on a tiny street a few blocks from the harbor in one of Naples’ nicer neighborhoods. The staff arranged a taxi in advance to take us to the airport early the following morning (27 euros) Everything was handled via WhatsApp

The staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was supbeb .we felt very safe and there were many restaurants in close proximity to the local. This is a golden time to visit Napes; it currently doesn't suffer from overtourism and now it appears to be a safe destination unlike when I was stationed here from 1990 to 1993.

We cannot connect to wi-fi, and cellular network was almost not accessible, just close to the window. Coffee machine did not work properly.

Very nice hotel, clean, design is great, location perfect, easy access, walking distance through charming area full of cafes restaurants and shops to the liveliest area in Spanish district. Very nice experience and on another occasion, I will definitely choose the Hotel Peorio 25 again.

Only a small remark: in booking this place labels itself as a hotel. In fact it is a former apartment building that got very nicely renovated and turned into a B&B with limited hotel infrastructure. Mindful travellers who prefer „real hotels“ may be misled.

The interior design is just stunning. It shows that the owners have great taste and care about high quality materials. The owner was a very friendly and helpful host. The location close in the south of the city was convenient in our case.

It can get a bit noisy sometimes. You can hear people chatting in the reception area.

We got this place without knowing the prime locations, and boy, did we get lucky. Amazing place next to the ocean view. Vibrant restaurants all night and not too far from metro. Rooms are super clean, have great amenities, and a TV with netflix? Amazing!

It is not possible to have a breakfest in the hotel. When we were offered one, we were not immidiately told that it is served not so close to the hotel as said. The rooms are very tidy and clean but though the shower gel and shampoo were regularely supplied, that was not the case with the lotion, which was given only once and we stayed there for 4 nights.

The position is superb. Everything is within walking distance and in the same time it is not noisy. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom is big and comfy.

Chiaia is the loveliest neighborhood in the city of Naples, lots of little streets with small boutiques and eateries, close to the parks and sea. The Hotel Peoria is a small boutique hotel. The room was large, modern decor, and well equipped. The bed was large and comfortable. We also learned that hotel receptions close at 8pm or 9pm just before our flight - the hotel has small key safes at the entrance so you can still get in after checking in in advance online, which is great.

There’s nothing not to like about Poerio. For us it was the perfect place to stay.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Chiaia, close to Piazza dei Martiri and Lungomare of Napoli. Located on a very quiet&clean street, close to shops & restaurants, walking distance to Galleria Umberto and Piazza Plebiscito. We considered it to be the perfect place to start exploring Napoli. The hotel is new, clean and cozy, we had everything we needed during our stay. The staff was also very nice and helpful. We were very happy with our choice :)
