I cannot think of anything that I did not like. The entry to the hotel was difficult to find, perhaps adding photos of the directions or a map would help.

The hotel was very centrally located. The room was very clean. It was so nice to have a refrigerator/kitchen.

Couple of hairs missed in the bedding and room cleaning services would of been great during such a long stay. However, great stay still Not sure if I was using it wrong but air con was temporal

Perfectly clean. Location is top. We were just in front of the cathedral. The apartment was very well equip. Even we don't use more of the things, but you have everything that you can need. There was even instant coffee and tea. For us is important to be clean and this place was really clean. Definetly recommemd it!

The location, easy check-in and cleanliness. The property is well managed. The pictures don’t do it justice. They were kind enough to store our luggage for an inconvenient amount of time after check-out. Very professional.

We used a door code so there were no keys. The location was very good. The place was very clean. We would stay again if ever we go back. Communication was also very good because we did not arrive until around 9pm after the office was closed.

- Maybe some wine glasses in the apartment would have been nice - Garbage collection on one morning was quite loud

The location is fantastic and had a beautiful few of the duomo from my window. There was easy access to everything I needed with a supermarket and bakery only being a minutes walk away and extremely close to shops, bars and restaurants and less then 5 minutes walk to the lake. Was about 10-15 min walk from Giovani train station which I found was quite easy even with a large bag as it was quite flat. The apartment was spacious, clean and tidy and had all the essentials. Staff were very lovely and friendly and was I also able to check in early on the day I arrived which was fantastic

Excellent location, a bit noisy but you should expect this when choosing central locations. The room was very clean! Everything you need inside, excepting an espresso machine ( maybe that would be a valuable add ) Overall i would totally recomend staying here.

Some charging ports didn’t fit properly, so we could only use the one in the kitchen.

Very lovely property with great kitchen set up, and very central to everything. Super easy to walk to the station, even with large bags.

Everything was perfect

The Best place in como. Perfect Location, in the center of Como. You just go out from the hotel and you will find shops, resturants, cafes and Como Cathedral. Less than 5 minutes walk from the lake. Very comfortable, clean and warm room. Michela in the reception was very friendly and helping, she stayed with me on line giving me guidance on how to arrive at the hotel, until arriving. I will certainly be back.
