Kitchen too small, nowhere to plug kettle in other than rest it on a cooker hood, bathroom had a small unusual situated window with a net curtain that didn't reach the bottom ( don't think you'd be seen but 🫣 ) Needed more toilet paper than there was ( 4x adults, 1 child). Toilet continuously running, needed just a bit of updating. No toiletries were provided, good job I took my own....having said all that I would stay again if it was just myself and partner. Was a bit much for my 83yr old mother, and 3yr old grandson.

The location couldn't have been better, 10 min walk to Trevi Fountain, 5 min walk to Spanish Steps. Bedroom spacious, living room spacious. Anyone staying here needs to know it's number 35 via francesco crispi for directions. I found the owner quite pleasant, helped us with our luggage.

1. Dusty. 2. The communication with the owner was poor. 3. Before the check out time, one person from the staff enter to the bathroom where my friend was shaving and getting ready for leaving. We did not receive any notification beforehand about this. 4. My friends and I (5 people) stayed for 7 nights and the amount of shampos, shower gel and toilet paper were not enough( 2 rolls). No soap for dishes. Also, batteries from tv remote control were rusty and we have to buy new ones. though owner did ask once if we need something in the middle of the week which is nice, i believe also it could have been something more organise from their part.

The location is amazing. It is close to fontana di trevi, spanish stairs, around 20 min walking from coloseum and around 30 min walking from vatican city. There was air coindition which was very much needed since it was really hot outside.

this apartment is really great, but a few small things should be fixed to make it perfect: - toilet brush was broken when we arrived and should be replaced - the buttons to flush the toilet need to be fixed - kitchen equipment could definitely be better (there was only one spoon, pot was cheap quality so you burn your fingers easily, it seemed they don’t want you to cook) please update the apartment and fix these little issues, after all it is not cheap and I am sure guests will appreciate it even more

The host refused to give me a specific address when I was going to the room. Just gave really vague instructions and I had to call him after each step which was super inconvenient and frustrating. Once I got to the place, I wasn't able to access the room for over an hour, and the host didn't believe me when I told him I was having trouble. He was quite rude and kept telling me there was nothing he could do for me. He eventually had to call his neighbor to get in. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, not even hand soap. It just had an empty container of hand soap. He didn't provide a lot of rules, and then yelled at me over text when I accidentally locked the door even though there was no indication that I shouldn't have locked it. There was also no washer even though the place was marketed as having a washer. The location was convenient, but not worth staying in again.

The location was great! Right next the Piazza del Poppolo and near lots of public transportation.

The place is not at place that written as an adress. Everything is dirty. Inpossible to leave. Conditioners working part in room with awful noise.

Where to start the host was incredibly difficult to get hold of and when we did he came around we got accused of disconnecting the Wi-Fi he said he’d come back in 30 mins after it’d reset but never did meaning we wasted 1:30mins waiting for him in the end just decided to go out as he wouldn’t come a quarter of a toilet roll and no washing up liquid

I really enjoyed the space in the entire area a large amount of room and the location was amazing

House was dirty and kitchen was very small. I couldn't make coffee because kettle was very dirty ( full of lime scales) . Try to contact host but never replied. Also we had to pay extra cash which booking didn't mentioned and I asked for the receipt but never sent.

We were 7 in an apt for 2-3 people max!! They put more beds in the living room and we were super tight The host was not super friendly The only pro about this place was the location Not worth it for the amount of money we paid

booked and paid for 5 people but not enough cups or cutlery for us and every plate was chipped. the bathroom needs serious maintenance, lots of the lights didn’t work but the switches made a buzzing sound, no where to hang towels- again 5 people and not 1 towel rail or rack. more information needed on booking. com about what to do when get to accommodation.

Dirty, old, no air conditioning, hot water stopped last day. Uncomfortable beds. Mold rust in bathroom, shower. Noisy at night, couldn’t sleep at all, people screaming at 4 am outside. Rude host, we used the extra bed and he accused us of having 7 people we are only 6, my 2 adult sons wanted their own beds and he almost called the police. our airbnb host canceled the day before our travel and I was forced to pay this guy $3900 for 3 nights and it was horrible. DONT STAY HERE

The owner was a no show. We found the building by reading a previous review from someone who booked it. Waited over 2 hours for him to let us in to the apartment that we booked and fully paid for. left him numerous messages and texts. He finally called and said the apartment was not available and said he would give us a refund or go to a different apartment miles away. I told him to cancel and refund as I was not about to trust him again. He hung up and that was the last I have heard from him. I messaged bookings.com to let them know what is going on and that we would like a refund. They said they would look into it and it’s been 2 weeks, no response or refund from anybody. Please do not book from this owner as he is unresponsive and will probably to a switch and bait on you as he did to us. We paid in full and am still waiting to get a refund. When booking.con contacted him, he told them we were a no show and that we will not be refunded. We were there and even spoke to his neighbor who would let us In to the building but there was no point as we don’t have a key or access code… the restaurant workers downstairs saw us there waiting a couple of hours and even felt bad for us.

photo not accurate, shower door hard to close , owner not responsive .. no curtains in living room , only one key for four people , smells of sewer, kitchen sink wouldn’t drain , no soap or shampoo as shown in pictures , coffee maker but no coffee. poor wi-fi connection , very difficult to get ahold of owner to receive the keys , no extra blankets .

Perfect location, very close to the Fontana di Trevi, The Pantheon, and a walking distance to Vatican city. There are restaurants right outside the property and grocery stores.

pullout bed was not set up and had to share the blankets and sheets we had around. No prob as mild in Rome but could have been an issue if colder. Also booking quoted € 28 city tax (3.5 per person per night)but we were charged €40 ( 5 per person per night)Not a big deal but booking should not be getting that wrong).. not impressed by the Italian restaurant three doors down from apartment. Take the time to walk a little further.

Location fantastic. Close to everything and felt very very safe. Very important to note it’s number 35. That was not given in address and made it unnecessarily hard to find. Appartment was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Pull out bed basic but 14 year old son slept fine on it. Bathroom was good size and shower was piping hot. kitchen seemed fine. ( we did not use too much). please note apartment on 2nd floor and no lift. it’s only 4 sets of 10 steps and does have banisters. check in was friendly and very efficient. Lovely restaurants close. our favourite was la scalinata da Vincenzo, there is also a nice bar at top of street no 93 with nice staff and if you like a nice very reasonable Italian sandwich for breakfast or lunch try forno ( 5 mins from apartment )at corner of Trevi fountain ( fab ,fresh and so cheap ). Finally city centre so prepare yourself for noises of Rome from early in morning.

Everything. It was dirty, old, full of dust. Also, there weren’t amenities or there limited despite a that we were 4 persons (like toilet paper, soap, shower) and we need to buy everything from scratch. I hope the next guest will find those and use them. Moreover, he told us orally to leave the apartment earlier (one hour) than the check out time mentioned in the booking details and he used the excuse that he wanted to clean the apartment (lol). In addition, when we arrived, we were waiting him for more that 30 minutes It should be noted that the host was abrupt and rude

I like the location of the accommodation, which was very convenient and next to everything.
