We stayed here for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. Such a lovely hotel with beautiful facilities, amazing rooms and the most professional and caring staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always happy to help recommend places to eat, a great local barber shop and local sights. Matteo was particularly fantastic and extremely helpful! The team even had a lovely bottle of bubbles waiting in our room when we arrived with a hand written card congratulating us on our wedding. We can highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Florence, and we will definitely be back one day. Thank you for making our stay in Florence so special!

Great location in the very center of Florence. The reception staff was excellent - very friendly, helpful and helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations. The friendly atmosphere was really above average compared to other hotels.

What a great hotel. From the moment I arrived the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and kind. Such a great attitude and welcomed us with a beverage. We arrived very early, so we left our bags with them and walked around. Location is so perfect. It is literally walking distance to everything. We had a great view and we loved waking up and looking out the windows. The staff was so nice and very clean hotel. They clean twice a day your room. They offer umbrellas when it rains, and breakfast was great as well. I can't get over the location and views. My son loved the big tub and just a great room. They left treats for him for Easter, very thoughtful of them. A definite must stay and when we return, we will be back here.

The first night was a bit noisy because of proximity to the street and that’s when the personnel managed to change our room to accomodate.

The location is perfect, and above all the personnel was of utmost « gentilezza ». Very welcoming very professional, with a real sense of customer service. We found our home in Firenze.

The location is perfect for walking to all of the museums, churches, and shops. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage closets. The bathroom was lovely. Our room had a view of the Bargello Museum! The breakfast was fantastic. The absolute best part of this property is the friendly staff who went out of their way to welcome us!

The location was great right in the middle of everything and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. While I was telling one staff member I would need a taxi the next day the other was straight on the phone organising it before I had finished. Awesome service. Wish I had time to use the spa. I also loved the shampoo and conditioner which made my hair so soft. I need to know the brand :)

The location of this hotel was amazing, you were basically a 10-15 minute walk from everything. Loads of nearby restaurants and bars. But the best thing about this hotel has got to be the staff, they were all so friendly and accommodating, giving us great suggestions for restaurants and event calling to book tables for us.
