The room was gorgeous! We loved the location, it is a more residential neighbourhood, away from the busy crowds, with nice restaurants close by. 10 min walk from bus station/Vaporetto. 30ish min walk to San Marco Square. Lots of sights within 10-20 mins walk. Great breakfast and genuinely friendly and helpful staff. We jaded a fantastic stay here.

There may be mosquitoes in the warm season, but we were given a mosquito repellent that we plugged into the socket and everything was fine.

Friendly staff, excellent service, the location is perfect because it's close to the station, you can walk there. The hotel is excellent, it's clean everywhere.

There’s a lot of clever old school architecture mixed in with modern design, the result is a tasteful and visually appealing hotel room.

The staff at Santa Croce Boutique Hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location was very convenient for getting around being near a Grand Canal bridge yet in a quiet area.

The hotel is located in Santa Croce neighbourhood of Venice, not far from the train station and piazzale Roma where the bus from the airport leaves. Santa Croce is a very nice neighbourhood not over-touristic with many nice local bars and restaurants. The hotel is really nice, we go a room upgrade and we stayed in a junior suite with oriental theme. Everything was perfect.

Though there’s elevator in hotel. There are a few stairs to the room after taking the elevator. When carrying a large suitcase, it becomes a problem for me, especially when a walk from the main station and the way is made up with stone bricks.

The staff are friendly. The room and surrounding are comfortable. The location is near main station.

The heating system. In cold winter nights, the AC system cannot properly heat the room - because of its height all the heat goes upstairs. Still, that was not a real problem for us.

The room is amazing and really sets a real venetian atmosphere. It makes you feel like you are transported in time. Great breakfast. Delicious cheesecake and pancakes! Super-helpful staff! And close to the center.

Everything about the Santa Croce hotel was amazing, from the friendliness of the staff who went above & beyond for my partners birthday weekend (helping out with a few requests) which was amazing & muchly appreciated !! From explaining where to go, how to get about in Venice, can not speak highly enough about my visit & 100% recommendation:)
