Nothing to dislike

The location was tucked away in a small forest up in the Seiser Alm plateau. Peaceful and beautiful with an abundance of snowy hikes, cross country and alpine skiing from the front door. The hotel is modern traditional, not too fancy and showy but a perfect blend of the natural beauty surrounding it. The food in the restaurant was excellent but the service from the wonderful staff was what made the hotel and restaurant really special. We loved it so much we extended our stay and will definitely return.

The hotel is in a fantastic location: from the breakfast room you can see the skyline of the Sciliar beyond the meadows. The kitchen is also excellent: I love "tiramisù" (and being Italian I have eaten my fair share of these desserts) and the one I had here may have been one of the best ever. The rooms are comfortable and quite large. The spa features three dry saunas and one steam bath, together with other facilities. The staff has also been very nice. Being more or less in the middle of the plateau, the hotel is in an excellent location to access walks around the "Alpe".

nitpicking here… pillows could be more plump.

staff are friendly and attentive. the food is fantastic. - 5 course gourmet dinners and excellent breakfasts. great location. rooms are spacious, light, quiet, comfortable, and the entire building has a natural vibe, with lots of wood and stone. and let’s not forget the six or seven saunas on site, plus wonderful massage services.

I think I would have love more locally sourced eggs and food. The area has amazing food and I was missing the high mountain eggs, milk and cheeses

We had been in this area in 2019. U can't beat it. The hotel is right on many hiking trails. Within 2 miles of Compatch. The views are outstanding. The food is superd! We really have enjoyed the Alps. Go, u will love it!!

It is difficult to travel outside of the hotel for meals without a car and road permits. The hotel could benefit from meal options, not everyone wants a full four course meal in the evening. We certainly didn’t.

The location is amazing - tucked away not far from the main center, quiet, beautiful views. Walk out the door onto the trail system. Spacious rooms, nice spa area. The food was excellent - lots of choices such as breakfast buffet and salad bar for dinner. I have a wheat allergy and the staff were very attentive in helping find alternative choices on the menu for me. Staff were very helpful in suggesting hiking routes.

Large, family hotel with terrific spa and exceptional food. Dinners were 6 courses and extremely reasonably priced. Breakfast was fabulous...all you could possibly ask for. Very cheerful and helpful staff

The fact that we didnt book more days here.

This place was a slice of heaven on earth. The mornings were serene and peaceful. The meals and attention to detail in the dining experience were impeccable. Grazie to Elena for giving us a warm informed welcome. Already trying to plan a return trip.

That I didn't stay longer.

The Food there was to DIE FOR! Especially the Dinner - Made by a Chef. I was actually looking forward to it every day 😯😋🙌 The Staff was The Most Welcoming & Caring. I felt like Home! Caterina - The Front Desk Lady is an Absolute Angelo❣😇 Even the Owner was always around to keep a close eye on things, to make sure that Everyone, without exception, are taken care of. The Hotel is Spotless Clean as in a pharmacy, Very covid Friendly, and not to mention, the Views from the place are Breathtaking!!! Short walking distance from the Malga Sanon Swing (Hidden Gem), and a very short driving distance from Seceda. Will come back! Thank you 🙏

There's nothing not like.. it's a magical place with pro staff all around

The location is awesome, couple of minutes walk from Compatsch center and the gondolas of the Alm. Free parking in the hotel if you're with a rental. Breakfast is local and diverse, charging you perfectly to start the day at the Alm. Views from the top floor were just mesmerizing. Can stay at the room's porch all the long and listen to the birds and the cows. Awesome place!!

There were no clear sauna rules. Which was not relaxed. There was no swimmingpool.

Nice nature , but the road to the hotel is very steep. For older people very steep and when snow slipery. To get to the bus you have to walk down on this steep road for about 300 mtrs. We saw different older people fell down.
