Quite superb, rare to find a hotel that is faultless but this is a great find. Helpful receptionists, wonderful quiet comfortable rooms spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast choice. Spa is of matching quality with people numbers managed to ensure it isn’t overcrowded. Mini-breakfast provided when we left early for a day trip. 20 minutes or so to the centre mean it is is fairly quiet at night in the well soundproofed rooms. Recommend Cafe Pattiserrie Gamberini nearby (600m) for both pastries and meals.

Those on reception were friendly and when we checked in, they said if we needed any guidance, they would happy to help. When we asked later were would be good for dinner nearby, they seemed surprised by the question.

If you are going to Florence this hotel is a fabulous place to have your holiday . It is spotlessly clean beautifully decorated , rooms have everything you need and the beds are comfortable . Breakfast is amazing with a choice to suit everyone . The spa is a fantastic place to relax after a day of sightseeing . The location is great with a tram and bus stop outside or a 15 min walk into the centre . All the staff were so friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel .

Quieter location within 10 minutes walk from the centre. Amazing staff, lovely service. They even let us borrow a phone charger from reception! Breakfast was to die for, huge selection.

Amazing facilities and staff! Friendly and helpful. The spa and sauna facilities were a great addition to relax after a day of exploring Florence. Walking distance from everything.

Newly renovated, comfortable, well-appointed and beautiful. Great breakfast. Bus and tram stop just outside the door. Easy walking distance to good restaurants. The spa is an exceptional experience-- take the time to enjoy it!!

Beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean. Great location. Near enough to walk along the river into the centre. Far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. Lovely to get back after a day of walking and relax in the spa.

There were no restaurants or bars really in the local area. It was a quiet area.

It was serene and luxurious with an amazing spa. It was nice and quiet and discreet. The rooms were comfortable and huge and the staff were friendly. It had great transport links. Delicious breakfast with home made cakes and freshly cooked eggs and bacon etc.

Pillow’s uncomfortable, we both got an uncomfortable night sleep, for us a little too far from the centre of Florence, maybe we should of checked our mistake.

Spacy room, clean, excellent spa done wisely and elegantly. I would draw special attention to the quality and content of breakfast, and François, who made breakfast a special experience with his attention, manners, frienly approach and smile!

Beautiful hotel that definitely exceeded our expectations! The hotel itself was spotless with excellent spa facilities. A very tasty breakfast provided each morning with plenty of variety kept everyone happy.

I would say nothing but in my last afternoon there they ran out of water… it was not a big issue because I was about to check out. I called the reception and they told me this was an issue out of their control because it was not from the hotel but from the city management. I understood because this things really happen.

The location is great, I was around Florence by walking. The room is amazing, very comfortable bed :) Also, I enjoyed the SPA, very relaxing. Breakfast was amazing too.

No bad points at all!

Absolutely stunning! Complimentary spa access as part of the room. I got the suite so that we could enjoy a steam shower as well. We were there celebrating our honeymoon and they gave us a bottle of bubbly.
