The staff was incredible! Silvia at the reception area was amazing with all of her help with transportation! Georgia was the perfect host each morning for breakfast! I would definitely go when I’m in Palermo!

Being very close to Via Roma the hotel was a little noisy - but hey it's in the city centre (and Palermo is bonkers). Don't recommend driving in - find another way.

Centrally located - so easy to get to all attractions. Smart hotel - rooms, roof terrace and garden. Good breakfasts. Good service. GF menu dealt with efficiently.

Not much really, maybe the traffic noise if you have a front room but this will be the case anywhere in Palermo.

A beautiful hotel in a great location! The hotel is family owned and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful during our stay- Silvia could not do enough for us! There is a lovely rooftop patio where you can have breakfast or drinks in the afternoon. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Palermo- highly recommend!

The location was prime. We were thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The moment when I walked in, I felt as if I had been transported into the heart of Sicily. The decor is absolutely stunning with intricate designs and thoughtful touches that reflect the rich, cultural heritage of the area. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options.

The access and view to the rooftop garden are unique. The interior design, antique furniture, and pictures, are beautiful. An old Singer sowing machine greets you near the lobby.

We had a hard time regulating the temperature in the room at night.

The staff at the front desk and at breakfast were exceptionally kind and helpful. They went out of their way to help make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. The room was clean and stocked with a nice selection of toiletries.

Facilities are kept clean but become old. Hairdryer is fixed on the wall, difficult to use.

A few fixes would have enhanced our stay, such as a toilet seat that sat level on the toilet and a shower panel that prevented a wet floor.

An amazing breakfast is served roof top. The staff aimed to please. Another garden area was delightful and revealed residential life in Palermo. The location is very convenient and safe feeling.

The shower space was very tight. There was no hot water service in the morning of our departure.

Staff - Olga at the front desk was very helpful with dinner recommendation and booking. Also she helped us with sightseeing recommendations. Sylvia and Francesca were nice and friendly. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The location is close to all the hustle and bustle but still very quiet.

While our room was a very good size and very comfortable - the one window looked out on a tiny courtyard and as a result the room was dark. There was plenty of artificial light so that was good but in Sicily the sun is so beautiful - next time I would definitely ask for a room on the garden or somewhere the room receives natural light in the day. for just two nights it was ok... and again, it was all spotless and the bathroom had some nice amenities.

Both my husband and I felt that what really makes this hotel is the staff- all are friendly, accomadating, willing to help guests figure anything out from a place to eat or walk in the city to learning some basic Italian to get around. The hotel is spotless. The decor is Fellini-esque - ornate with quirky touches. The central courtyard rooftop garden is a lovely place to relax as is the upstairs bar where breakfast is also served. Speaking of - the breakfast is copious and the staff go out of their way to explain all the options as well as prepare any kind of coffee you like. I personally found the 'American coffee' delicious and my husband had them prepare a decaf which he thoroughly enjoyed. They provide regular and what they call 'vegetal'milk for capuccinos etc. If they don't have something you like, just ask!!

It was an amazing old family hotel. T All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. I wouldn't recommend any where else but the Trinacria Hotel for your stay in Palermo.
