The apartment was large and spacious Adele provided great instructions to access the apartment which made checkin very easy. Elevator available which made moving luggage up to our room easy. There were a couple of stairs to get up to the elevator but they weren’t a problem. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable and we didn’t hear much outside noise.

The dryer function of the washing machine didn’t really work, but it wasn’t a big deal as you can still air dry clothes

The size of the apartment was great! We had good rooms, enough space for 6 people and the location was the best!

Check out time is 10 A.M. a bit too early by host allow us to leave the luggages in the room until noon.

location is good not that far from Rome termini, nice and safe apartment surrounding area is OK. When we arrive the apartment the housemaid still cleaning the room, it takes time to communicate back and forth with her by google translate but still understandable.

There are only one television which was located at the living room it will be nice if all the rooms will have a TV. Washing machine is not easy to function and no instruction manual but here is a laundry mat downstairs too.

The Location is in a very good area easy to access 5-10min walk to the main Train Station. Supermarket is very near Bus stops are easy to access. Very close also the the Metro line. The property is very nice rooms size is great a lot of shelf. Kitchen is very nice it has washing machine too.

Very close to the train/metro station. Lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment was fantastic and our host was always available and made sure we were comfortable.

more bathroom tissue and paper towels for a group of 6 adults over three days. dog barking in the building. smell of smoke rising up from lower levels. a little worn (ex-stains on couch, floor not that clean).

location to Rome Termini (public transit). well stocked kitchen. in-room A/C units. multiple bedrooms. strong internet. self check-in was easy. excellent communication from owner.

We found most of the linens and towels needed to be replaced or more thoroughly cleaned. When we mentioned this to our host, she ensured that they would be taken care of.

This apartment was much bigger than we expected. The rooms were so spacious, with plenty of room for my six family members. The two full bathrooms, fully stalked kitchen, laundry area, and living space made our stay so enjoyable. With Rome Termini so close, it made sightseeing simple and everything close at hand. Communication with our host was through WhatsApp, and she was very helpful.

The flat ran out of toiletries that I had to purchase shampoo and body soap on my own. Although the host was very helpful, the Wi-Fi didn't work initially and had to be reset. This was a quick fix though.

Excellent location to anchor your public transport strategy. 7 minute walk from Roma Termini. Restaurants and fast-eats just downstairs. Laundry available with ample supply of detergent and ample kitchen appliances. I recommend staying here. And I will stay here again.

Kitchen was good. Especially after a few things were cleaned (the hosts were good about it). Bedrooms nice. Excellent pizza by the slice downstairs. Wonderful gelato just across the street

I’d rate the cleanliness as a 7/10. The towels were having a bit of a smell and there was a lack of attention when it came to details for the space cleanliness.

The area is amazing, lots of facilities, the staff was very kind and friendly. Rooms were large and beds very comfortable. You can find whatever you need there, every kitchen appliance and ustensils you need. Very nice place at a reasonable price.

Definitely more pros than cons - so more like recommendation- It just would be good if the bathroom (the one with the bathtub) to be renovated. The towels can be changed with new since they are very used and is difficult to dry yourself. The soap was very old and they weren’t shampoo/other bath stuff even though they were indicated as available. Sponge wasn’t also available so we couldn’t wash the dishes.

The apartment is huge and it was very clean which is the most important thing. It is perfect for 4-6 people. The host is totally adorable and is answering every question with accuracy. 10/10 rating for the host! The location is very close to Termini which is good starting point to all the transportation in Rome. The check in was super easy.
