Everything was perfect vom A-Z. We arrived in the early evening and after a long drive, we were too tired to go out eating in a restaurant. Although the hotel's restaurant was closed, Carmelo fixed us spontaneous a nice dinner just for us and it exceeded our expectations. Thanks for this excellent service. Our room was clean as a whistle. We can 200% recommend this beautiful hotel, located in a gorgeous garden.

This is a beautifully furnished property; all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was immaculate, with high quality bed linens and towels - the bathroom was amazing! Dinner was very good - very tasty food, a good wine selection and modestly priced.

Stunning property! We stayed for one night before my birthday and we even got treated to a beautiful breakfast in bed it was incredible! Entire place is so relaxing and the mattress is probably the most comfortable thing I have ever slept on! Beautiful

While our room was a touch warmer than we'd prefer, even with the AC running, the staff promptly addressed this concern by providing us with a fan. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort was truly commendable.

The staff were wonderful. They were extremely kind and friendly whilst also being extremely professional and courteous. Every morning we were greeted by the lovely Cristina and Rossana on reception and Grazia in the breakfast room who all went out of their way to look after us. The room was spotless and this was a credit to our amazing cleaner, Rosaria, who transformed our room every morning. The grounds and surrounding gardens are beautiful, the rooms are perfect - very spacious with lovely views. A huge thank you to everyone, your villa is the best example of first class quality and customer care in every way. We can't wait to return.

Staff was really helpful and super kind. The villa is hyper modern, while the authentic parts of the villa are kept alive during the transformation. The garden is a true joy and has the most beautiful trees and flowers.

The restaurant is closed on Mondays. So you need to go out from the hotel which is 15 mins to the Messina Center. We had a car so we take care of it but if you dont have a car maybe it will be a hard situation.

The Villa is very clean in general. We stayed in the room with balcony, our room has very large space to stay. The bed is very comfortable. People are so kind and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Pool area is clean and comfortable.

The restaraunt and the other facilities are closed in winter. It was a big disappointment because I was choosing from hotels with restaurants on site. That is probably booking.com flaw but anyway this is not good.

Although close to noisy road, the villa is really nice and has a very beautifull garden. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The free parking on site is very convenient. The breakfast was very good.

The rooms need better soundproofing. This could be helped with cloth wall hangings. The renovation of the house removed too much historic fabric inside that would have made the experience even better.
