  • MUJI HOTEL GINZA Review score: 9.1

“The room was absolutely beautiful. It was a Type C room, and if you love Japanese minimalism + wood it's stunning! They also give you diffuser scents to feel super relaxed. The amenities are well kept and the room was very clean. The bed!! Had the best sleep of the trip on this bed. The location of the hotel itself is a bizarre one but in a very cool way; it's located above their flagship store in Tokyo which means you have access to not only 5 floors of items (in case you forgot anything) but their bakery and coffee bar/lounge. All facilities open at 11am, so may not be suited for early travel plans but the quality is fantastic. Note there is a separate entrance for the hotel you can access anytime. Ginza as a location is very central to the east side of seeing Tokyo, but also very quiet at night if you prioritize that. I had planned this stay for the end of my holiday and I am extremely impressed with the experience. Would return in a heartbeat!”

  • Act Hotel Roppongi Review score: 8.1

“Great location. Room clean but tiny. Ok for a night”

  • “The hotel is central, super close to the subway station, walking distance from Senso-ji temple. Although it is positioned in a big street, it was very quite at night.”

  • toggle hotel suidobashi TOKYO Review score: 8.5

“Very good location with the Chuo Local line and multiple metro lines close by with Suidobashi and Iidobashi stations. We particularly visited Akihabara and Shinjuku a lot so this was a perfect location for it. Staff were very helpful. All spoke good English so communication was never an issue. We were able to drop bags before check in and after check out which was very helpful, and a luggage delivery we had a arranged was sent directly to our room. Breakfast was simple but tasty and filling: a sandwich, soup and drink of our choosing every day. The room was clean and comfortable. Because it was two rooms connected into one we had two bathrooms and a door separating the 2/3 person sides which was very good for a 5 person room. Meant we didn't disturb each other in the night and had more than one shower/toilet to share.”

  • Asakusa Designer Hotel YOSHII Review score: 7.3

“Close to the bus stop that takes you Asakusa/ Sensoji Temple, but you can easily walk there as well. During Cherry Blossom season, the main road was lined with them. It's quite a good spot. The bathroom is clean and has refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. With a bidet-type toilet. Other basic amenities like toothbrushes, shavers, etc, were included in the room with top ups in the lobby.. The bedding was comfortable and soft, the air-con was great as well. There is a spot in the lobby where you can eat and fill up a water bottle. It seems like there is someone at the desk 24-hour incase you need help.”

  • “The room was big and appears new. Good style, really nice for that price range in Tokyo.”

  • “Clean, close to the transportation, nice area.”
