Delicious dinner with the best cheese and wines, delicious breakfast, the nice conversations and stories about Japan, views from the mountain, pick-up and drop-off services and ability to do laundry. They even helped us with our luggage transfer to the accommodation for the next day

If you come by train, you will need a pick-up from the station. And a drop-off if you will do the kumano kodo trail. Absolutely no problem as the owners can arrange that for you.

Location is very good but since there are a lot of APA hotels in the vicinity, the airport transfer drop us in the wrong location. We have to pull our luggages to 2 more location before we got it right. The unit is very clean but too small.

The size of the room is too small, you cannot even open your luggage properly & I think the price is a bit high. If it's a bigger room, maybe the price is right.
