When I booked I knew the room was small; but I was surprised just how tight the room was when there are 2 people inside the room. Unpacking, passing each other - required coordination.

Easy check in and check out. The single reception staff was helpful. They also have a self serve luggage storage service which is convenient.

My room was on a lower floor and faced the tram tracks, so traffic sounds could be heard. However, it did not disturb my sleep.

The hotel was centrally located in Tenmonkan, making it easy to access shops and restaurants in the city centre. It is also easy to get to from the JR Kagoshima-chuo station id taking the Shinkansen, being only a short tram ride away. The staff were also very helpful when I had queries about luggage forwarding, going above and beyond to answer my query despite language difficulties. The facilities and amenities are also very thoughtful, even providing bath salts and a speaker that can play calming sounds to help you sleep at night. Will stay again!

As others have mentioned, the single elevator did cause a bit of a wait especially during busier times. It also would have been nice to have the option for breakfast for convenience, but I was totally fine without.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I had my bike with me and the staff allowed me to store it in the lobby since it was small enough to fit and also without putting it in a rinko bag. I would imagine that they wouldn't do it for every guest's bike, so thank goodness mine was small enough. Of course, I also made sure it was clean before bringing it in first. Location was very convenient and central, though busy.

Located along the main shopping street, love the vibes. Tram access nearby and food options are aplenty. Self service check in and out but staff were readily available to help. Stored our luggage before check in time so that we are able to visit Sakurajima hands free for the day.

Hotel room didn't have working AC, made it difficult to sleep. Parking was not easy to find for a motorcycle rider.

Hotel is conveniently located near shopping district and many restaurants. Bed was very comfortable and soft, laundry services are available as well (self service).

- Although in a good location from a sightseeing perspective, the hotel is right at a major road. Turns out, people like to revv their ultra loud vehicles at night. - The building has 14 floors but only one elevator. Just be prepared to wait at times. - More of a nitpick, but the coin dryer is very weak. ~2kg of laundry failed to dry in 1 hour.

Rooms are quite small, only one elevator for 11 floors plus lobby (on second floor). Getting to/from your room to the lobby or exit can take very long.

Very clean, nice lobby area with a lot of amenities and free refreshment drinks. Great location in the center of Kagoshima!

The bed in the single room is quite large for the room size and makes it slightly difficult to move around. When I arrived there were one or two left over hairs in the bathroom from previous visitors but overall very clean.

Great location, staff are very friendly, comfortable, you get exactly what you expect. The check in and check out procedures were also made very easy with a self operated machine.

Communication in English can be difficult sometimes but the staff tries their best to help.

The hotel is in a great location. Restaurants, ferries and the historic parts can easily be reached. Amenities, Luggage Storage, Bathing Salt and the Room itself were very nice. The staff tried to help as good as possible. They offered help when choosing the salt and were easy to approach when we had a question regarding our further travel and extending the stay.

Its kinda cramped and there is only 1 elevator. Lol but what can you do about space? They make up for it with a higher value, bigger bed, lower cost, better location..

The place is small and the roof is low but its kinda comfy and there is big tv, big bed. And the free bath salts with various salts and seasoning, such as german rock, pink himalayian salt, and epsom salt for fatigue body feels great. I can feel my exhaustion dissipate and the lavender added helped ease my mind with its floral essence . Oh and the usb port was awesome to charge my phone and my switch and my head phones all at the same time.
