I wish the lighting was a bit better around the mirror area to do makeup. It was a little difficult to tell who the staff were at first since they all wear normal clothes and sit at an unassuming table in the back, but they always came up and helped me when I needed it!

Perfect lil spot to stay in and explore Tokyo for a few days. Loved how they prioritized being eco-friendly!! The breakfast was phenomenal as well.

Booking.com reservations somehow mean that when you try to use their terminals to check-in, typing in your last name or first name don’t worry and you need to flag down a staff member for them to enter in a reservation code that only they know. If staff are busy, it means you could be waiting several minutes.

Close to Shibuya station and below is a bar that stays open until late.

Dust from carpet, bedding set and towel. People with allergies should not stay here. I and my friend havd allergies while stayed here.

Staff were not welcoming. We arrived literally 10 minutes before check in time after a long trip with a sick child and they still made us wait just to start the check in, not even to get to the room.

Great facilities, spacious and well conceived. Free coffee.

It was very very small! And looked right into an office building. But I was expecting this and didn't spend too much time in the room anyway.

Location location location! Was traveling alone and felt very safe at this hotel - especially with the reception / friendly staff. There was a restaurant in the hotel and a cafe at the bottom of the hotel as well. They provide pyjamas, and everything I needed was provided.

The check in is a bit odd with staff just kind of there I the periphery working on laptops, and then you just check in on a screen like you’re buying a train ticket and realize they are staff there to help you. Felt hostel like for a 4* hotel but not a big deal at all.

Great location and clean simple rooms. Awesome shower. Very quiet room especially considering it’s a 2 minute walk from the busiest intersection in the world!

The faucet in the bathroom was not a good fit. Water would splash in all the wrong places and beyond the sink.

Bedrooms are very small - although was aware of this from the listing as it clearly states the room sizes just wasn’t prepared for actually living in one that small with 2 cases and people to manoeuvre so just be prepared for little space and be really organised in what you want to unpack !

A nice warm welcome by the staff along with a cookie as a welcome gift! While the bedroom was super small it was the most comfortable bed and pillows we had in Japan . The towels were also super soft and fluffy ! The breakfast was really nice. Staff were super helpful with booking cabs if needed (however I would say getting your own cab is a lot cheaper as the one we had booked by the hotel was double the price of one I hailed in the street )

Very small - smaller than anticipated even though we knew it would be small. Frosted window so could not see outside and window didn’t open- meant relaxing jn the room wasn’t really a possibility as felt trapped.

Location was awesome. Coffee bar/bar underneath was an added bonus Shower was amazing.

The room was extremely small, meaning works for solo traveller with just cabin luggage (for me this time) but not more. Maybe because of Sakura season (even though I was end of it) I paid 250€ for my room which I thought was way too much for what it was worth.

Clean minimal design, comfortable for solo traveler if you do not intend to spend a lot of time in the room. Location is fantastic, hard to beat.

Rooms were a bit smaller than other Japanese hotels for $$. We had a two twin "superior" room rate and we could not open our luggage unless we put them on the bed. No dresser/storage drawers or bin and kept clothes in luggage. View was OK but I guess you need to pay more $$ for that, so curtains closed ;). There was construction going on during the day hours across the building and could hear the hammering most hours if you decided to sleep in late.

Location was good, walking distance to Shibuya crossing, shops, restaurants, trains and indoor food courts. Hotel/room was what you expect from a Japan hotel, very small room however had what you needed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Self check in/out however staff was there to assist. They held your luggage if you could not check in yet as well as check out. Cute restaurant downstairs lobby area. Would recommend.

Minimal storage space in the rooms. The layout of the rooms made it difficult to find space to open a large suitcase.

Hotel was very new, rooms were clean. Location was very convenient, walking distance to Shibuya, Harajuku and Omotesando. The coffee at the cafe on the ground floor was excellent.
