We had a room with a double bed. Very small. Recommend at least a king corner.

Good hotel if you want to feel you're in a hype hotel in LA, eat pizza, avocado bread and french toast. Not great if you actually want to feel in Tokyo!

Access building is sharing a restaurant downstairs. It’s a little bit annoying during busy hour such as check-in & check-out time. (Long queue for using lift)

Stay exceeded my expectations in every regard, but concierge services, which to be clear I did not expect prior to arrival, were just ok.

Incredible location in heart of Shibuya, with lovely and bustling cafe and lounge downstairs. Room was small but nice, with great simple bathroom and daily fresh towels.

Rooms were a bit tight for two people, lack of space to hang clothes.

Breakfast was really good, good range of facilities, bed was comfortable, shower was lovely, bathroom products were high quality. Quiet room. Good social space underneath hotel. The eco credentials were on point.

We didn't notice the room's size in advance and it was extremely tiny! There was not even enough space to open a normal size suitcase. Make sure you check the size before booking.

The rooms are quite small and a little cramped. Was hard to find room to open up two suitcases comfortably without compromising the walk way. But this is also shown in the pictures of the room so it wasn't a surprise.

Quite small and cramped even for Tokyo standards, I feel that you could find bigger/better quality hotels in similarly popular tourist locations. The decor and furnishings of the room was also quite basic and felt unfinished

We were a family of 3 adults. Daughter and I stayed in one room and husband in another. Rooms were a little compact but we were fine. We spent most of our time exploring Tokyo and only used the rooms to sleep.

I wish the lighting was a bit better around the mirror area to do makeup. It was a little difficult to tell who the staff were at first since they all wear normal clothes and sit at an unassuming table in the back, but they always came up and helped me when I needed it!

Perfect lil spot to stay in and explore Tokyo for a few days. Loved how they prioritized being eco-friendly!! The breakfast was phenomenal as well.

Booking.com reservations somehow mean that when you try to use their terminals to check-in, typing in your last name or first name don’t worry and you need to flag down a staff member for them to enter in a reservation code that only they know. If staff are busy, it means you could be waiting several minutes.

Close to Shibuya station and below is a bar that stays open until late.

Staff were not welcoming. We arrived literally 10 minutes before check in time after a long trip with a sick child and they still made us wait just to start the check in, not even to get to the room.
