We chose this hotel because of free taxi shuttle but it was not available early morning hours. It has a clear schedule with first come first serve policy which means they don’t guarantee a airport shuttle. I think it’s alright, I simply wished they would share the schedule and how the shuttle operates on their booking page so we can take a mindful decision. We ended up paying 3000 yen for a taxi.

The place had a interestin dinosaur theme which had charm. The rooms are super clean, nice and simple. Check in and out is easy. When I called the reception, although it seemed no one works at reception, they were very quick and helpful for booking me a taxi at 3 am for an early flight. The taxi was right on time!

Like everywhere in Japan, very small rooms. It's an airport hotel but still pretty far from the airport. There is a shuttle bus which is first come first serve. Unfortunately when we got there, the bus was already full, so we had to pay $20 for an Uber to the airport.

Amenities could have been better. Bottled water was not available in the room. The carpet needed to be cleaned (shampooed). There was only complimentary tea, no coffee. The free shuttle bus is not available for trips to and from the Airport between 11:30 - 19:00. So if you’re needing to check in during that time frame, you’ll need to find your own transportation.

It was fairly close to Haneda Airport.

It's an auto service with bots. I much prefer a human touch. Also, while they had a shuttle, it was difficult to find at Haneda Airport. Instructions given were not clear and the shuttle only comes for pickup once per hour. If you miss it, to catch a cab costs me 3000JPY. The place is reasonably far from the airport unlike at Narita.

A bit impersonal...

Comfortable and more than adequate as a place to stay the night before a flight out from Haneda. First time I ever tried to check in at a desk staffed by robots, but it eventually worked. I couldn't remember the EXACT name I'd used on the reservation, and robots like exactness😁. Good reliable shuttle to airport.

The checkin process: it’s automated with the worst possible parameters. If you don’t enter your full name, it doesn’t find your reservation. I happen to be residing in Japan so I don’t carry my passport but if you chose English as the checkin language, you have to provide your passport…

It’s very close to the airport. Left at 8:50 am arrived at terminal 3 13 minutes later (a train was arriving when we were going down the steps).
