The men's' bathroom is communal and I find that awkward The charges were different on Friday and Saturday and I didn't understand why esp if you have booked ahead of time. The men's room would be quite stuffy most nights

Near station Prices are good Very helpful staff Organized baggage storage

The smell of this place is truly obnoxious. :( I read a few reviews saying it smells like smoke, but it is far beyond than that. I left one night earlier (by my own choice) because I literally could not stand it anymore.

The Akabane area is awesome. Plant of food and bar options and still much more (!) cheaper than typical areas in Tokyo. Hostel is just on the corner from the station with trains to e.g. Shinjuku in less than 15 mins.

The best and the most convenient capsule hotel in Tokyo for people on a low budget.

The capsule room is small (than it looks like in the picture) but it fits for a body size 😂 There's no fridge inside the dormitory to store your food. I can hear people snoring next to me.

The female dormitory has everything so you don't need to move to other places. It includes a lounge to relax and watch TV or eat, a bathroom which has everything you need (hair dryer, hair iron, napkins, toothbrush with toothpaste, comb). Also toilet with a bidet and dryer function is just amazing. Also a shower room and an extra bathroom having a spa bathtub 🛁 to relax after a long day. The capsule room has room wear and bath towels and a small locker inside to hide your belongings. To sum up everything it's really convenient for people who want privacy!!

It's okay for those who don't mind taking a bath buck naked as it's a culture here in japan however not for me.

The privacy of the room and swift of registration here. The clerk here has done a great job

There's no elevator to the entrance, so be prepared to walk up the stairs with your luggage to level 3. Cigarettes are allowed at the lobby, so it stinks slightly even in the ladies floor. Toilet cells are super tiny, some may feel claustrophobic. You will need to checkout at 10am and check in after 4pm even if you have multiple nights stay booked, though you can stay there during 10am-4pm with extra fee of ¥300.

3-5 minutes walking distance to the JR Akabane station. Not much room for large baggage in the individual cells but receptionists are happy to keep your items safe at their storage in lobby. Overall I enjoyed unique experience and its old school atmosphere. It was like sleeping in a man-sized horizontal locker cell. Clean beddings and towels including pyjama provided. The mattress was surprisingly comfy, I slept quite fine. I'm a fit 5ft6 and the size of the room was just alright. If you are taller than 6ft I wouldn't recommend. I appreciated the bath tub for a good soak very much!

Receptionist don’t speak english, but they are kind and helpful. Only bad thing is a cigarette smell which is sometimes strong and everywhere.

Interesting type of accommodation. Capsule was big than I expected and clean. Clean and modern shared bathroom and toilet. Shared dining room. Some vending machines with drinks.

The staff did the bare minimum in terms of friendliness and energy. The place could do with some signs to show where it was. There were no signs to indicate the place was the accommodation. The directions on google maps had me on the other side of the building to where the entrance was.

The capsule room was spacious. Shared facilities for bathroom and toilet were clean and even toiletries were provided. Location was very close to the train station as well
