Beautiful decor and a great location. Staff were incredibly polite, friendly and efficient. Thank you to the young lady who helped send my luggage on to our next hotel in Tokyo which made everything less stressful. The rooms are spacious, with excellent amenities and a new, clean feel to them. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was very nice with a kitchen and a handy washer/dryer. Very close to Shinsaibashisuji and Dotonburi but far enough away to be in a more quiet part of Namba. Handy to Namba Station to get you most places around Osaka.

Nothing, it has everything we needed

A great family hotel. We stayed here towards the middle of our 3 week trip in Japan and it was nice to have such a big room with laundry facilities to freshen up and recharge. The play room is a great addition for families with little kids and everything was clean and tidy. The rooms were the biggest we had in a city hotel in Japan. The location is great to be near Namba station and makes it easy to get around the rest of Osaka.

Nothing - everything was great

We upgraded to a one bedroom at check in and had a larger room (441 sq ft) with a washing machine. The room was clean and comfortable with a small kitchen and sitting area. The location is perfect, near Namba Station. It’s also an easy walk to many restaurants, shops and bars. There’s a residents lounge, a children’s playroom, fitness center, food hall and a coin laundry.

Best hotel i’ve stayed so far in Japan. Rooms are big, spacious and clean. Location is within walking distance to train station, kuromon market, shinsaibashi, dotonburi. I even managed to get early check-in. I like that the hotel has lounge, and many other amenities.

Everything was perfect :)

The room was everything we needed and more! A fully equipped kitchen, lots of space for our luggage, and bathtub and a comfortable bed. Perfect location, near Nippombashi station and walking distance from Dotonbori street. There was an ice machine and laundry service and they even sent our luggage to the next destination (paid separately).

Great location, though a little bit of walk from Namba station with luggage and pram but at other times (wo luggage) it was fine. Facilities were great, room was clean and spacious. Children's play area was great. So many food options just outside hotel.

Rooms are incredibly spacious and clean. You can tell the cleaning staff take great pride in their work. There's so much space in the room there's a mini rest area with a table and you can easily open 2 big luggages in the room. Location is also great, with many amazing food options nearby and Dotonbori / Shinsaibashi a short walk away. Near 3 different train stations as well. Check in and check out was swift. Took barely 2 minutes to check in. Staff are warm and inviting.

Staff weren't very warm and welcoming but were polite and helped with whatever I asked them.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Microwave was provided which is usually not found in most hotel rooms so that was a plus. Location is very good though it can be confusing to find at first as the entrance is not obvious. Once you are situated though it is very close to a lot of attractions, metro stations, restaurants and convenience stores.

It was still a bit of a walk to Namba station and the main area.

The location is great, near Namba station but sufficiently away so it was quiet. The rooms are amazing, so spacious and updated.

The check in process was too long at the reception, so I would suggest that they shorten it. I had to fill in information they already had in 2-3 different papers, not very pleasant.

Personally, the room are pretty spacious. Yes room is for 2 but I booked for 1 so it is much more spacious for me. The toilet is great. Its not small or crapped so I had a great time using the bathtub. Amenities were provided whenever requested. They will change and clean if request so take note of that. Coin laundry is slightly expensive especially if the clothes aren't dry properly but still clean. Vending machine available, lounge room are spacious and clean. All are 24/7 including the gym. On the expensive side but still on of my best stay yet in Japan.
