Self check-in machine process is a bit inconvenient, because you need help of the front desk manager anyway, would be better to do check in without this machine and use it only for check out. No laundry status checking on TV.

Nearest subway station is right next to the hotel which is convenient. There weren’t many breakfast options, but the breakfast was good.

Pillow is too flat. However, we can ask more pillow from Staff. Hotel Pajama is thin (Long shirt style). It'd be nice if provides as shirt and pant.

NO VEGETARIAN FOOD IN BREADFAST. COULD NOT HAVE ANYTHING EXCEPT A CHOCOLATE BUN AND COFFEE. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF U COULD ADD ATLEAST ONE VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN DISH.

I requested for rooms to be cleaned daily, nothing beats returning to a clean & tidy room after a long & tiring day. As I tried to go clean at the same time, have placed the card indicating no change of bed linen required. However our beds weren’t made & tidied, coffee cups not washed etc.

Conveniently located at the heart of susukino, the airport bus from New Chitose stops right in front of the hotel. The bfast served is much better than expected.

The breakfast included are all hearty meals and i especially love that each one is flavorful & delicious. Their was an effort to provide healthier brown rice than white rice. The room has a heater, purifier, bathtub, japanese toilet, and was spacious enough that you can open 2 large luggages at once, for a room for 2 people. Laundry detergent is already free if you decide to pay for the laundry per kilo. I apreciate that there's a part of the mirror left unmoist even if you had hot shower unlike other hotels where the whole mirror would moist. Hotel is in front of a subway station H09. And there's a walking distance 7 eleven & Lawson, few blocks away there's already an airport bus stop.

The room was very nice, not too small. The location was excellent. The hotel was easy to get to - 2 stops on the subway train from Sapporo Station, but also possible to walk - 20-30 minutes. Great area of Sapporo. Walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed the area.

The hotel is easy to find , nearest subway Hosuisusukino station exit5.If you have bulky baggage use exit6 with lift.Staffs was friendly and always helpful.Room was clean.Many power points/usb in the room.Breakfast was super delicious with many variety western or Japanese meal,fresh smoothies is a plus!24hrs unlimited drinks.Definately will visit again !

The rooms are very small, but that's pretty typical for Japan. Unfortunately poorly insulated window, accordingly (in winter) rather cold for sleeping.

Nice hotel in a great location. Very clean and good breakfast. Uncomplicated organization of the parking space in the nearby parking garage. Very friendly staff.
