Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

KazakhstanOutside (the hallway) smells kinda funky. The AC was dripping so loudly at times, I had to turn it off for the night.
The room was very spacious, neat, cute and clean. There’s free parking on site. Family Mart is in the next build. Also, McDonalds, Mos Burger and 7/11 are super close. The washer and dryer in the room were much appreciated. They also provide cutlery and everything you need for cooking.

It has a washer and dryer inside the room! The room is spacious and the view is excellent. The bed is so comfortable.

JapanThe location is fairly close to a large city hospital which means you do get the sounds of sirens from time to time, but the rooms are designed to buffer the sleeping area from the street, which did help a little.
The hotel was perfect for our needs in a good location, close to the city center with easy access to the main roads and expressways in that part of the island. Room was super clean and very large with separate areas for the kitchen, washer, bath and toilet, and sleeping, lounge area. Kitchen came with utensils as well. Hotel doesn't have staff on site but that wasn't an issue.
