The breakfast was not so enjoyable. Much food was not heated good. And it had less options then I am used to in Japan. Also they made use of a secondary breakfast area. Where everyone was sitting a bit chaotic and very near each other.

The spacious room with Japanese amenities. Location near the Metro stations and easy to reach Dotonbori, the city centre and tourist spots.

No block out curtains and no soundproofing... To note... You get a kitchen but no kitchenware.

Very close to oska Center and very spacious room for Japanese standards. Staff only speaks a little bit of English but helped were they could. Couple convenient stores nearby too.

It was the only one of our hotels where we felt the staff were always looking to make more money from us. On arrival we were given a list of extra charges. For example if we wanted our sheets changed during the stay it was several thousand yen. When our cases arrived (we shipped them from our previous hotel) they were looking for paperwork and kept mentioning payment, which felt odd as you pay when you ship, and this didn't happen at any other hotel on our trip. It was also the only hotel that didn't provide a shipping service for luggage, but the staff did help us find a local office and printed out a map for us.

The room was huge, it was by far the biggest one we had during our trip, same with the bed. Absolutely massive, especially for Japan. The hotel itself was lovely,and the location great for Dotonbori. The fact the shower was also a drying room meant we could catch up on washing. There's a lot to like about this hotel but some things that felt a little odd.

The location is optimal. It’s not far from transportation and Dotonbori.

Hotel was a little "shabby" in the lobby etc. Room was not as clean as I was used to in Japan. Weird warm water control for the bathroom, that wasn't as good explained and easy to use.

Washing machine and Balcony in the room we're really nice and convenient. Room size was good.

Hotel was very clean and very well located but still quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fairly near to a train station and a walking distance to Doutonbori, the heart of Osaka!

The bathroom was very small,

I like that even if the room is small, it was very clean and pleasant to stay with. the room has washing machine which is very convenient for the guests like us who washed clothes when travelling, plus the there's option to dry your clothes and hang them in the bathroom. Awesome!

Breakfast food wasn’t warm just sitting on plates (having in bay Marie would benefit) Room didn’t have blackout blinds and was very light at night

Location is a little bit of a walk from a local station to travel through Osaka. As long as you’re not carry a lot it is fine.
