3pm check-in is very late, especially for travelers flying in early. Considering that nothing is open in Yokohama until 10/11am, I thought the check-in time should be brought forward.

Very comfortable and the accommodation is in great condition. The location was fantastic - I walked everywhere. Great value for money. I paid ~ AUD17 for breakfast and it was decent.

The only bug bare with this place was the air con, it was hard to get the temperature right in the hotel. We really missed fresh air in our room but on the 10th floor there's probably regulations about windows being open etc.

Very clean, lovely staff, very helpful. Loaned us umbrellas when it was raining and helped book us a table at a restaurant. Always greeted with a smile. 10/10 customer service. Nice coffee machine in foyer. Would stay here again

Nowhere to eat your own food. They only provide breakfast. If anytime you bring your own food in you have to eat it in your room. We got in trouble for eating in the sitting area. I don’t understand the problem with this at all.

The first day after showering I found that the hair dryer had some dirt fluff around the air outlet which I couldn’t stand to use.

Convenient location and good price. Staffs at the reception were able to speak English.

Smell of a room was not good but they could change my room . So it’s ok . But smell of electric kettle was strange. Hotel’s location was good . But you shouldn’t trust Google map. It’s near from JR Sakuragicho station (5min.by foot) but little bit complicated.

Room was very clean ,calm,and quiet.All staff were very friendly and kind. I’ll say again.

Couldn’t purchase the breakfast for the second morning of stay. It was a popular item. Good breakfast we enjoyed at least the first morning.

Train tracks were right outside the window, resulting in some noise. Earplugs are available at the reception though. (Or bring some noise cancelling headphones)

Staff were very helpful and they have English speaking staff. They also allowed me to leave my bags at the reception before check-in. Room is very clean. Although the room is a little small, it is great for solo travellers or couples. Definitely value-for-money.

The rooms were small, making it difficult to open luggages at time. I went to enquire about late checkout and while I was speaking to another staff. Mr. Giri was commenting from the behind instructing what to mention, I felt a little disrespected during this time. Also, at another moment when I was speaking to him directly he again had a very straight face, it might be his natural mood but made me feel not welcomed.

The hotel met the expectation. One of the staff member named Susmita (If I remember it right) had a great smile on her face and was very helpful during our checkout too. She had an excellent attitude. The property was clean and had a great location.

The room is too small, and basic amenities need to be collected by the guest. It's so sad that the front liner did not extend smiley hospitality.

The dryer machine wasn’t as effective as it should be, do check it up and have it clean as well.

A bit unavoidable, but the noise of the train was loud. If there was a way to know when booking the room that it was next to the train, we would have requested to book a room on the other side of the hotel

Train noise but we had ear buds so we slept well. Room was a small twin which was a bit of a squeeze.
