It was within walking distance of large tourist attractions and shopping districts/streets. They also provided inclusive breakfast breads and soft drinks during mornings.

The breakfast area could be improved, since I had to grab my coffee and croissant and eat it at the lobby, standing, there is no breakfast tables.

Nice and super clean hotel near to Osaka most crowded area (10 min walking). The hotel offer compact and clean room, for a great value for price.

The bathroom vent could use some cleaning.

The room was nice. Staff was welcoming and the ones I had contact with was fluent in english. Good location, away from the noise but not a long walk to where the action is. Everything was clean, except for the dusty vent in the bathroom. Great value for the money. The coin laundry just 30m from the hotell was very handy.

Room size slightly small

Comfortable bed with a view out the window. Clean room and handy location. Breakfast provided had variety and was fresh and tasty.

No family room. We booked 2 rooms and seperate floors.

Brand new building, Non Smoking rooms, High security door, great staff. Location is in the quite side of dotonbori about 7 mins to the Glico signs. 5 mins to Kintensu Nippombashi and Osaka nippombashi metro train line. Room is a good size better than most places. They serve free Bread, juices, tea and coffee from 6.30am to 10.30. Free bottles of water every day for the room. Absolutely will be staying here again in Dotonbori.

5 blocks away from Dotonbori and nearest mrt has no escalator or lift.

The place is clean and great. The staff is English speaking. Free coffee and bread (breakfast 6:30-10:30am). Very accomodating staff.

It’s quiet so you can sleep well at night. The rooms are small but they are clean and you have everything you need. The receptionists speak English well :)

They very kindly provided pastries at the reception for breakfast, for free, but they didn't have gluten-free options. The rest was perfect.

The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable (if you don't mind it hard), the staff were friendly and very helpful, the size of the room was correct for 1 person, they provided non-feather duvet, pillows, as well as water for free.

The small walkway to get to the elevators was non ideal, and at night the street can get quite dark, you have to walk through dotonbori to get to it so it can get quite busy as well

While not all staff members are equally engaging, I don't mind that. However, it's essential that they can at least provide basic items when requested.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Dotonbori and offers a slightly quieter environment compared to the lively district.

When you enter the lobby is quite messy. Lots of suitcases that people sent there and stacked boxes. When walking into the hotel for the first time we were worried, but luckily this is not a representation of the room itself.

We really liked the room itself, it was modern and clean. Might not be the biggest, but that is what is expected in Japan and it was just like portrayed in the pictures. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Best part is the location, it is very close to the busy Dotonbori area and its main sites and restaurants (actually the same street, so very much walking distance), but you don't have the noise here. So that is perfect! Also close to subway stations so easy to get around.

Small essentials not available in the room (e.g. iron), but you can ask for them at the reception. You cannot turn off the lights independently in the room. For example there are lights above the bed and at the entrance of the room. Single switch for both. So if you are with your partner and want to go to the bathroom in the middle Of the light, you would wake up your partner when turning the lights on.

Excellent staff, very accomodating. Perfect location, minutes away from Dotombori main area.

A bit of a walk to core metro stations, but Nipponbashi is very close. Could do with USB sockets.

Good location for Dotonbori, everything within walking distance and a couple of combini within a block or two. Very good price, clean room, all the basics provided. Staff speak English (some more than others).
